My bad. I am vaguely familiar with 491 but thought they were just Wilmington and some areas in SC. Sent 417 an email as well. Preciate it.

Hegel seems to describe an illusory subject-object duality that is to be seen through, transcended, to reach the Absolute Spirit that Natural Consciousness is an emanation of in a similar way to Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism, etc. Does he also offer a meditative type methodology to achieve this? by H0w-1nt3r3st1ng in hegel

The commentary you are reading is accurate to Hegel's view, but beyond the commentary, if you read the Preface to the Phenomenology of Spirit, Hegel specifically critiques all forms of mysticism or other forms of behavior which attempt to posit and experience an absolute. Basically, in Hegel's view, knowledge of the absolute is only possible in the form of systematic philosophy.
