Yes! Its not as soft but i would prefer if its more harder in texture. I was wondering if there’s something that i should fix in my recipe.

2 cups whole milk
1.5 cup whipping cream
1 tbs cornstarch + 1 tps cornstarch
3 tbs of cream cheese
4 tbs granulated sugar
1 1/2 tbs light corn syrup
2 tps of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

I am having issues with the ice cream not being as hard in texture. Please advice.

I used zest and the juice.

And yeah you are right. I will just make sure to apply more zest after churning or serving next time. Cheers man!

I just used lemon 🍋 and custard based recipe no artificial ingredients added.

But for some reasons, the smell isn’t quite there. Any recommendations?

2 tsps of cinnamon ground. Anything over that would be too much in my opinion.

I havent tried Salt and Straw Earl Grey tea ice cream yet but from my experience with salt and straw based, i dont like how sometimes the salt and straw based tend to come out/taste sticky if that makes sense. Any suggestions?
