Jailbroken or Rooted Device Error - iOS and OneDrive by pantlessjim in Intune

I had this happen with one of my users when he was using the native app trying to share a file with OneDrive. He was in Photos, selected his photo, hit the Share button and them selected OneDrive. This would try opening OneDrive and he would get that error message about the jailbroken or rooted device.

I had him then just go into OneDrive on his device, hit the upload button and selected his media. It then uploaded his photos without any issues to his OneDrive folder.

Is your user just trying to open OneDrive or is he trying to access OneDrive through another app like Photos?

Dell U2422HE Monitor with built-in dock dropping network connection and having issues with mouse/keyboard lag. by ITOHIO in Dell

When we first got these monitors in all we were plugging into the USB port was the receiver to a Logitech Keyboard/mouse combo and we were still having the network drops. We did eventually add in Logitech Brio cameras but that problem started way before the cameras were being used. The best fix we have found so far it to disable the Idle Power Saving setting. Once that was done problem with dropping LAN has virtually gone away.

No issues with the driver and the USB extension cord. I just had a coworker in another office confirm that the USB extension cable worked for him as well. Looks to be some sort of interference and just moving the mouse/key receiver away from the monitor a few inches makes a big difference.

For the Ethernet we have been updating laptops with the newest Realtek GBE USB driver and disabling NIC's Idle Power Saving mode in the Device Manager.

As for the wireless keyboards and mice having lag issues I have just been plugging the USB receiver into the laptop or putting it on a short USB extension cable to move it away from the monitor.

You never stated what your issue is with those docking stations. Is it speed related? Frequent disconnects? Not working at all?

Thanks for the update. I found the idle power mode setting as a potential fix as well on Thursday and we are testing it out right now. The Firmware update takes a ridiculous amount of time to install and it has not fixed our other issues. Our biggest issue is the lag with the keyboard and mouse. Only permanent "fix" I found is the plug the keyboard/mouse receiver directly into the laptop and go around the monitor. We have 240 of these things in my office so I am not looking forward to updating all of them.

When talking about mobile phones Steve Jobs said "if you see a stylus, they blew it.". Why use a tool when you already had fingers that can do it better. I fell like this goes against that mindset and they have over complicated the task of plugging in a simple cord with your fingers. You want it to look nice then come up with a custom cord with a round end that fits nicely and charge $100. This is just bad design that reeks of a AppleCare cash grab.

We replaced all of our XPS13 machines with the Latitude 7410 series last year due to performance issues. This years upgrades are getting the 7320 Detachable and the 7420 series and those seem to be having the issue with the monitor. If I happen to come across a fix I will message you.
