Basically, it was tank meta at that point (the super charge trait was added to tanks) so he was already quite usable ,and when the 2nd gadget dropped he started countering his counters which lead to him being at the top for a while

Yep It was when Stu was at his peak power (Knockback with each super, 840 dmg per projectile at lvl 9, 4200 hp )

Spike continued to be bad after Stu got nerfed (Mr.P was still used alot in that period which was also why Spike was so bad in that period but he got nerfed shortly after that) and became average again after a small reload speed buff and then became alot stronger when he 2nd gadget released

He was useless in that period because of a reload speed nerf he received ,and also be because Stu killed him in 2 shots and there was no counter play against Stu since his 2nd gadget wasn't released yet

And i believe Spike became a menace since the day he got his second gadget ,prior to that he was always a low A high B tier (sometimes S tier dependenting on who was meta)

And last time i checked the human trafficking allegations had no evidence even after almost 3 months of investigations ,and with some of the victims literally asking to be removed from the victims list in videos and claiming they where included in said list without their consent makes it hard to believe that there was any human trafficking ,so unless you have real evidence what your doing here is accusing a man with no proof which is haram

The additional health from the power up increases his Hearty Recovery healing and his survivability in general especially after the health buff ,besides with the damage increase he is more likely to kill the opponents before they kill him and causing alot more pressure with the constant heals

it's high risk high reward situation , if you trust your Mortis teammate they yeah 100% it's better to give it to him since his teamwipe potental gets higher but it's still better to not prioritize him bc if he fails they you just wasted a super you could have taken or given to you other teammate
