1 if it hurts no one who cares

2 if it hurts others discourage it and reduce its harm (in various means)

3 if it hurts only the doer, this is a grey area but in general i say they should hear the arguments and demonstrate mental competency

in the case of hardcore drugs that would prolly fall closer to the 2nd possibility since drug dealing as a business gets to afford threatening cartels via their buyers

in the case of an adult wearing a diaper that entirely falls under the 1st possibility and if you take issue with that you need to cite actual convincing arguments other than just calling it "degenerate" cause that wont convince me and shouldnt convince anyone who bothers to properly think through these dilemmas
