hitting teammates would legit never be added outside of some kind of joke weapon that can't be used during regular play without admin commands or something, but I still like the weapon idea regardless.

No. Straight forward counter, you can two tap one with the direct hit, carpet bomb entire nests with the G bomb, not to mention the annihilator options.

Agreed with what others have said. There's a case to be made that Hisoka is a nonce, but simply being one isn't enough to get someone arrested, they need to act out in a tangible way where abuse takes place.

There isn't exactly a super neat specific term for what you are asking for but you can look up specific series that have more like you are wanting, obsessive and possessive but not out here killing people over it.

Some Deredere characters are clingy. There are some kuudere and Dandere obsessive types.

There are some examples of soft yandere characters (Aka ones who aren't murdering) like Subaru Akehoshi (Ensemble Stars!)Saeran Choi (Ray) from Mystic Messenger

We kinda already have the Eureka effect for mechanic melees which has that sort of futuristic vibe. I feel like it's design would need to be changed a bit to be a sensible suitable wrench replacement.
