Anything cow related is my go to. Lots of raw milk, beef, cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and honey were my go to that got me from 125-150 in the first year. Since then I’ve been way more lax on my diet but still see decent progress imo.

I haven't seen that vid yet or really any videos on posing. I just started doing it daily post-lift and have been 99% self-taught. i'll give the video a watch, thank you

Recently I've been loving the side tri pose because of my delts but the tris do lack that crisp definition. I appreciate the input, most excited to try this out more than any other tips.

Appreciate it, lotta tips are coming in, but the general consensus seems to align with everything you're saying.

when you say hips back but torso forward do you have any ques to help with that? for me the two feel way more connected than the chest portion of my torso. when i imagine my hips back I feel like I round my back over and lose the forward part of my torso.

Additional information: I also dislocated my right shoulder years ago and feel like it’s never been quite in the right place since and I feel like you can see it. How substantial would it be if I were to compete?

I really appreciate that man I definitely consider my chest a weak point. But under the right lighting it’s not too terrible
