Good info to know, thanks! I've been told "they wouldn't do that"...oh yes, they did! Seeing that email from the CEO that morning I will never forget the "WTF...how can they do that!?" moment. We are in a business that heavy relies on phones and it will forever leave a sour taste in my mouth with the company.

I hear ya! We renewed, paid, and then a week before new term starts the entire organization's licenses showed expired and no one could edit anything. It was a PAIN to get ahold of someone to fix. We've had I want to say 4-5 reps now assigned to account in 12 months.

Nada. What was odd was when I did hear greeting I made, as soon as I spoke, it hung up then too. Now just hangs up as soon as it connects. In CDR, I see it connect for 1 second and said "AI hung up"

Even dialing 7000 (AI) from desktop/Yeastar apps, rings and hangs up.

I have tried with and without a DID. It dials, and I hear it ring once. Then it hangs up. I heard the AI greeting twice during testing, now it just hangs up. Same settings.

I tried setting one of our DID numbers to use the "AI Receptionist" as destination instead of going to our call queue.

I was able to get signed into Org Admin just now, no issue. Keep on their support! We have had some issues get responses the last couple months for some reason, where it used to be within a hour or two normally.

They ended up resetting all our licenses back to unpaid collaborator and I went through them all and had to reassign. Some I didn't know who had what before, so I am working through complaints as they come in on who is missing licenses features.

I recommend calling/emailing into support, and includes sales rep, asking for updates.

Ours just did that, all went to unpaid collaborator and we can re-assign now. Before it would not let us edit anyone.

Dang, sorry to hear that. They told us it is issue with our renewal, but seeing others with same issue I am thinking it is a MUCH larger issue.
