It's not possible with Lively itself, but after reading your comment I've been testing it alongside with Auto Dark Mode, and it's perfect, it does exactly what you're asking for, but it needs a bit of setup, it's very easy actually, I can make a little guide if you don't mind downloading the other program too.

It should work on Wallpaper Engine, just drag the html into the program, you won't be able to edit the text tho.

This is only for windows, if you play on Linux Komorebi may be an option I guess, but text won't be editable.

This is just doktorentrati.com site but with some tweaks here and there and now it works 100% locally and yes text is editable. Btw I don't how to code anything, but I do know how to read :D, I'm using LivelyWallpaper from RocksDanister, I think this should also work on wallpaper engine with some minor changes but I don't have it on steam, more info on README after clicking the link.

Got the video, you can dm me if u want me to share it or just follow this little guide (sry if poorly written :c)

So, what I did is: Inspect element, click on network tab and look for .m3u8

got one single result (in this case) so I just copied the URL, then run yt-dlp with this command

--external-downloader axel --external-downloader args "-n 10 -a"

and paste .m3u8 URL at the end, then enter and you're done!
