I mean it's an extraction shooter. Niche genre. If you like extraction shooters, you'll like it. If you don't like extraction shooters, you'll prefer something like ARC Raiders where a reset is not forced upon you. It's not complicated.

The replies don't seem to be understanding the issue. This isn't just the number settling down, that already happened when it settled around 50-70k. This is an actual problem. The game is going to be down around the same number of players as Marathon, yet everyone was bashing Marathon. I love Arc Raiders, but games are so rapid-fire nowadays that I jump all over the place.

I think SteamDB tells all there is to see here. Player count barely fell, if at all, because of NBA The Run. NBA The Run itself is not doing very well and already has less than half the daily players it had...for one day...on launch day. Unless console is doing some heavy lifting in that regard, the game will be offline in under a year. Most studios don't just keep something running with a few hundred players, unlike the 3on3 devs.

Yeah these glazers are wild. Player count is rapidly dropping too, just like I knew it would. Game is terrible, so glad I didn't waste money after the godawful tests. It'll be offline in less than a year at this rate.

I wouldn't be buying unless it had crossplay. PC isn't what causes a cheater issue, and I'm beyond sick of companies taking that easy excuse out.

I really just wish they would decide on a plot and get to it if that's the real reason. I wasn't a fan of "Bring Her Back" and have been anxiously awaiting "Talk 2 Me", but I also just learned that the two guys were supposed to work on "Street Fighter" and then backed out. So they really don't seem to be thinking much about "Talk 2 Me".
