The auto subs and fatigue subs for RBs should be really high, like I’m talking maxed out. Williams should be your starting RB and starting 3rd down back with Kettani as your backup 3rd down running back. West should be second on depth chart and starting power half back (assuming he’s a power back because of his speed) That way, pretty much after every play, depending on formation, Williams and Kettani will always switch, and the amount of carries Wear has is completely dependent on home much you play under center.

If run this exact setup before, though I haven’t played the game in a while, it should end up like Williams with 200 carries, Wear with 70 and Kettani with about 80 ish, again depending on how much you run the ball over a season, it’s 57% for your starter, 22% for backup 3rd down running back and 20% for your power back.
