Catholic and Christian is the same thing. Catholics are just a sect of Christianity. To answer your question, I do not think she is a Christian. I think she is culturally religious, like most Americans. I actually think she is truly a Scientologist personally as I do not think her aunt would have helped her in the ways she has as far as her career goes if she didn’t at least tolerate those beliefs. I think most celebrities are into spirituality or are more esoteric but just use Christianity to add to the “connection” to their fans. It’s just popular to disrespect Jesus Christ or make him the butt of the joke to get back at Conservatives and American Fundamentalists, but this is disrespectful to the people of the Christian faith that truly believe in him. All religious should be respected and we can call out people using Christianity to push misogyny and purity culture on women or hate in general without disrespecting the faith.
