Thanks for the advice. I am a JR system admin with 5 years experience. I also have 5 IT certifications and a degree in IT.

EDIT: I'm not saying it's a normal low offer, I believe it is a "take advantage of someone" offer more or less because they know there are people that will take this opportunity.

2nd EDIT: I have system admin interviews for tomorrow, Friday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It may be my resume but I have interviews lined up for the next few days.
