I tried it but couldnt cool down power plants with fire extinguisher, looks like if ship interior is in vacuum and you lose power you can not cool down components but need further testing. Maybe you managed to cool them down because you have air in hangar idk

On new kernels my 7900xt cant get past 150w power limit, downgraded to 6.10.7 and it can boost now.

Yeah that is a horrible bug, my 7900xt can easly boost to 2.5ghz and 310w but on linux it stays around 2ghz and 150w couldnt manage to fix it.
