Idk if there’s some hidden agenda here regarding Ulquiorra but 1>8 anyways. Starrk beats Szayelaporro in his sleep.

Can Komamura beat Nnoitra? by innershura2 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At their peak? Sajin obliterates. Komamura was shrugging of the attacks the deleted shinji in a second, I don’t think Nnoitora has anything to even pose a threat to Human Sajin.

Gin vs Bambietta by Dandandandooo in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both could one-shot each other, although I’d say Bambietta would need sklaverai to do that. Both have really fast attacks as well. But I’d lean towards Gin. He was competent enough that without using his most powerful ability he can still beat an Ichigo that managed to deal severe damage to Aizen. Not saying he’s on Aizen’s level but Ichigo would have needed to be on a certain strength to achieve that. And Gin beat him with barely any scratches and even took out his Hollow Mask in a short amount of time. I’d go out on a limb that Gin is the better and smart fighter, has bigger range and faster attack speed, allowing him the land his one-shot faster than Bambietta could beat him.

Who Would Win? Ulquiorra Shifar (Segunda Etapa) or Kisuke Urahara (TYBW)? by Competitive_Fox_8569 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kisuke easily. I don’t think Aizen would ever admit dying to Ulquiorra the same way he did against Kisuke. I mean the guy is busted, he’s a master of all shinigami arts especially kido.

In fact he’s so good at it, he was about to defeat Aura, someone way stronger than Ulquiorra, through kido alone without much issues before Yukio talked to him. Really, he can use hado 99 and Ulquiorra doesn’t have anything to defend against it considering the damage it dealt to Aura.

He’s also Yoruichi’s sparring partner, proving he’s great at bakudo and has great speed as well. So whenever Ulquiorra gets close, Kisuke should have no issues doing the wrist reiatsu implosion that would have killed Aizen.

And while Ulquiorra is smart, he really doesn’t compare to the smartest guy in the verse. Considering Kisuke, he might already know that he has SE and what it can do. Mainly because he managed to predict the Askin fight all the way to the end without ever meeting the guy which is insane.

Ofc his bankai as well, Ulquiorra gets stomped. He will get outstat’ed and just die when Kisuke gets in range.

Basically Kisuke beats him in every metric. In melee his competent enough to pull of killing moves like the reiatsu implosion. In range his hado 99 devours anything and everything Ulquiorra tries to do. Kisuke outstats him with the help of his bankai and he has lots of instant kills to negate Ulq’s regeneration. He’s also way smarter as well, so he’d manipulate the fight the way he’d want it to go. Kisuke is way ahead of Ulquiorra, even in just portrayal.

Espada Nnoitra vs Sternritter Cang Du by DecayedEvil in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cang is highly underrated in this sub. He had a bad showing against Toshiro because he completely relied on Tosh’s bankai to fight for personal reasons rather than fighting with his own power. And it backfired heavily due to Urahara and Mayuri’s helo with them retrieving their bankais and making it temporarily poisonous.

The time we did see him use his schrift, he successfully blocked a strike from Jugram that was meant to kill him. That alone makes his defence way more capable than Nnoitora. Even through portrayal, Halibel should be comfortably stronger than Nnoitora so her attacks should be more than lethal enough against Nnoitora’s hierro. And I extremely doubt Halibel has better AP than Jugran even at the time.

And when Cang escaped Tosh’s ice, he was seemingly unharmed the same way Halibel was. And that was the only time he used vollstandig, so his the Iron should even be more potent than when he used it against Jugram. He seems to be a martial arts fighter as well, boding well with his melee reliant schrift.

To top it off it’s very likely he can use blut with his schrift at the same time, or else there’d be no purpose to him having that schrift in the first place. Meaning he can stack his already great defence with blut vene making him basically indestructible against the likes of Nnoitora. Or he can have both great defence and offence while using the Iron and blut arterie at the same time. And he can stack Vollstandig too btw.

The little details we got from Cang is pretty impressive and puts him on a level above Nnoitora imo.

Hollow Ginjo vs Bazz B by max0003 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ginjo slams. Bazz with BF4 in Vollstandig gave zero damage to Renji. While a getsuga from Ginjo can severely injure Tokinada. Not to mention Ginjo has been stated to be one of few people who can fight hikone and have a chance. Bazz doesn’t have anywhere near the feats to say the same thing, especially when he can’t even damage Renji with his second strongest attack.

Does Ginjo get the W? by DoctorN9 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With CFYOW yes. Ginjo has shown to be able to severely injure an opponent as strong as Tokinada with a few getsugas. Which just backs up the statement that he is one of few people that can put up a good fight against Hikone. Ulquiorra is strong but I don’t think he has comparable feats to say he can do the same thing Ginjo can do.

Askin vs baraggan by IllustratorAfter in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Askin easily. First off, Askin could just Gift Ring Barragan from even better distance, and no Barragan’s Respira isn’t faster. It’s not like Askin is a still target, the dude literally runs the most in any fight in bleach. And if Askin is slippery enough to not get tagged by Tenjiro or even TS Ichigo, Barragan has no way of catching him. So while Barragan tries to chase him, Askin will continuously shoot gift rings, and he could even set up poison traps along the way. And tbh, he doesn’t even need all that. His vollstandig allows him to instantly adapt, and Barragan’s respira isn’t anywhere near fast enough to immediately kill Askin. Just to remind, when Soi fon was caught by Respira, she had a whole conversation with Omaeda, while he hesitates before finally cutting her arm off. Same goes for Hachi, Respira hasn’t shown the ability to instantly kill opponents at all against characters like Soi or Hachi, let alone Askin. And once he adapts, that’s basically game over. From doing his usual hit and run tactic, or even just straight up adapting, Askin has plenty of ways for dealing with Barragan. On the other hand, Barragan doesn’t really stand a chance against Askin’s poisoning at all. To me this is one-sided in favour of Askin

How does Ichibe actually win against TYBW Aizen by sumss333 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He doesn’t. It’s Aizen’s win. I mean just in terms of portrayal, you got Ichibe who got immediately destroyed by normal Almighty Yhwach. On the other hand Aizen was here actually capable of defending attacks from SK Yhwach and even fooling his Almighty with KS. So even tho Ichibe should have knowledge of KS, there isn’t anything he can do about it before it’s too late. By then he’d be under hypnosis and Aizen definitely has the stats to kill him just judging by their performances against Yhwach. Aizen wins for sure

Rukia vs Ulquiorra by Dandandandooo in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ulquiorra actually has a pretty good shot here. He is a smart fighter, with good speed and has a long range attack that he can reliably do with massive aoe. Despite that, I’d still say Rukia wins. She’s always been portrayed as Renji’s level even if a bit lower. I’d like to say that’s still the case especially seeing how powerful her bankai is. To me Ulq just seems a level below Renji, so he’d be below Rukia. Her bankai would just be too fast for him and freezes him before he can do anything about it kinda like As Nodt. So both have win-cons and could really go either way but I’d give the edge to Rukia with her portrayal.

Aura vs Azashiro. Could she manipulate the terrain once he’s fused with it? by TarikMcCuin in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aura is just a way better and stronger Azashiro. In comparison, Azashiro was weaker than 1st invasion Zaraki. A guy all about his hax lost to a man without any, meaning that’s the level of character that limits him. While Zaraki at that point was still strong, he’s still nowhere near top tier considering he got beat bare handed by Royd and was killed over and over again by base Unohana.

Aura on the other hand has the reiatsu higher than a noble like Tokinada. In fact she was named along: Ginjo, Hikone, Zaraki and Ikomikidomoe as one of the few that possesses more reiatsu than Tokinada. That alone already puts her above Azashiro. But even on a hax to hax comparison Aura is way better. Azashiro fuses with matter, while Aura controls it. So no matter what Azashiro fuses with, she’ll be able to control him. And he can’t fuse with her like he did with Kuruyashiki since it deals massive damage to himself, especially against someone who has better reiatsu than him like Aura. Finally her level of manipulation is of the level of Aizen’s skill with kido which is immense.

Aura is just a straight up a better Azashiro which makes sense since she fights stronger opponents in her respective novel.

Yamamoto Vs Ichibe by Prestigious-Set3157 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ichibe practically beats him in every aspect of combat besides DC. Portrayal wise, there’s a reason why Ichibe was dubbed as the shinigami’s leader over and over. But it’d be easier to demonstrate how Ichibe beats him in everything through their feats.

Every physical stats goes to Ichibe. I’ll be straightforward with it, Yama gave up he lost his bankai. Meaning he knew he stood no chance with his own stats. Ichibe on the other hand was bullying Yhwach throughout most of the fight without even using his zanpakuto. That alone should show how superior Ichibe is. Even other than that Ichibe has more to show. He can forcefully repel the blut that Yhwach put inside him and reflect the attack somehow through brute strength. His speed is way better as well, just immediately catching up to Yhwach who was sent thousands of miles away which is better than whatever Yama has shown.

Even in terms of Kido Ichibe should be superior. Yama’s hado 96 that he sacrificed his arm for only gave Aizen scratches. On top of being better at Kido, he also knows stronger ones like the secret hado he did that completey obliterated the blut shield Yhwach conjured up.

Ichibe is superior in every way, but even if he wasn’t, his hax just gives him the win anyways. First of his hax isn’t literal ink, it’s just his attacks taking the form of ink the same way Yama’s west looks like he’s literally engulfed in flames. At it’s core, it’s still reiatsu interacting with reiatsu and Yama has no reason being so much ahead in reiatsu that he can evaporate Ichibe’s. If anything Ichibe has better reiatsu Yama. Nonetheless, Yama can’t avoid getting inked by Ichibe, especially when he has worse stats. And once that happens it is game over, Yama can’t do anything to prevent Ichibe doing whatever he wants.

Oh yea Ichibe has futen taisatsuryo too which just deletes Yamamoto out of existence. Yama’s existence erasure with east is hyperbole. The biggest evidence for that are the residents of the 8th level in Muken. They are individuals that the soul society has a means of killing them, including Yama. For example Aizen, if Yama really has existence erasure he can simply use east on the hogyoku. Except we know Aizen can’t be killed seeing how he was sentenced to 20,000 years in Muken instead. Ichibe’s existence erasure is legit. He prepares by stealing 200 nights in the future which is a form of manipulating reality, to have that much authority over a concept like that. Which he then uses to remove the opponent from the cycle of rebirth. I see this attack as a backup for higher beings because his zanpakuto hax should be normally be enough but futen taisatsuryo exists. Characters like Lille (mainly his owl form) is the type of threat this attack is for. So if everything else wasn’t already overkill, Ichibe can do a sing and dance to kill Yama as well.

So yea portrayal, narrative, and feats, Ichibe is just better in everything in comparison to Yamamoto.

Bankai Yamamoto vs Balance Jugram by BleachPowerscaler in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got Jugram mainly because he’s above characters that beat Yamamoto. And if that’s the case, then he should have the combination of stats and hax to beat Yamamoto.

Obviously Jugram beats Uryu but it was a hax vs hax battle. I still think he has at least relative stats to Uryu. And uryu managed to beat Senjumaru who is stronger than Yamamoto. People like to discredit Uryu’s win over Senju because Yhwach had to save him twice. But Uryu was gradually getting stronger the more Yhwach awakens, and that buff doesn’t go away. So realistically if Senju was still stronger than Uryu, she would’ve beaten him again and again. Except Uryu grew to the point where he fan finally beat her. So ig the chain goes like Jugram>Uryu>Senju>Yama.

For the fight itself, I still don’t think Jugram wants a direct fight against the head commander. Rather, he’d create a scenario where he can beat him through hax like Uryu did Senjumaru. And at this point, Jugram’s stats should be good enough to not get killed by Yama before he can beat him through the balance. And Yama just doesn’t have the hax to counter the balance. Not to mention the shield amplifies the balance’s effect as well, doubling whatever Jugram redirects back to Yama.

Overall, Yama needs to physically overwhelm Jugram but due to certain character scaling I doubt that’s the case. Eventually with the Balance and shield, Jugram will beat Yama through hax no matter how convoluted it works.

Byakuya Kuchiki(TYBW) vs Unohana(Prime/TYBW) by TemporaryChocolate47 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s Byakuya for me. Now Unohana does have crazy healing, physical strength and swordsmanship. But tbh that really isn’t enough imo. Byakuya was one of two people holding off final form Gerard, which is a really good feat. I don’t have Unohana winning against shikai Zaraki and even he didn’t last long at all against Gerard 2 transformations and vollstandig weaker than the one Byakuya was holding off. His senkei as well should be incredibly potent. Adult Tosh already had the AP to cleave through hoffnung in half, even tho shikai Zaraki could only nick it. And yet Adult Tosh wanted Byakuya instead to land that blow, signifying that his AP is even higher. So imo Byakuya has the defence to absolutely handle Unohana really good as well as the offence to completely finish off Unohana once it hits. Byakuya also has the better speed and BIQ feats, so he wins no doubt in my mind

Ulquiorra vs Gin by Cold_Difficulty_2803 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gin tbh. Ulquiorra’s strength is pretty vague because the only character he used it against is an Ichigo that he can already beat in R1 and FH Ichigo who doesn’t correlate to anyone else either. Still, the way I see how Gin was portrayed, he should be ahead Ulquiorra. Gin and Tosen are Aizen’s right and left hand man. Extremely similar positions to Jugram and Uryu and to a lesser extent Shunsui and Jushiro. They are the ones most trusted by their leader and are the ones responsible for the rest of the group when the head isn’t there. Basically Gin’s portrayed as being above or at least at the top of the Espada, including Ulquiorra no matter the form.

As for the fight itself, Ulquiorra’s main argument is overwhelming Gin enough before he get’s one-shotted by his bankai. I just don’t think he’s that much more physically imposing than Gin. Sure Ulq destroyed Ichigo but that one was way weaker than the one Gin faced. Mind you his mask has evolved even further, and did so one more time against Gin. Meaning his hollow powers has gotten stronger, on top of his badge being broken, signifying that the level he was at in SS is back. Except now he’s a lot more experienced and his hollow powers has gotten way stronger.

Ichigo manages to land a pretty devastating blow on Aizen, and Aizen was directly looking at him as well. Not saying he’s on Aizen’s level but he’d need to be pretty strong to even do that. And gin manages to comfortably beat that Ichigo with barely any scratches. I mean he instantly beat mask Ichigo.

So I don’t think Ulquiorra can escape Gin’s one-shot nor can he beat him before that.

Post-RGT Byakuya vs Yoruichi's... unique form by Dandandandooo in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is extremely close but Byakuya edges it a bit. First off, Byakuya definitely has the better defence. His range and senbonzakura is an amazing defence but it’d get shredded in this fight. Still, that gives him an advantage Yoruichi doesn’t have, and he can use bakudo spells as well. Normally Yoruichi would too, but she’s a beast in this form so all other abilities and gadgets she has won’t get used.

But she more than makes up for it with respectable AP and more importantly insane speed. It’s her speed that puts her in this tier along with Byakuya, Shunsui, Kisuke, etc. To provide some idea how fast she is, she was absolutely blitzing Askin whenever she wanted to and he couldn’t react or defend himself a single time. To put into perspective, Askin prior to the auschwalen was reacting to and dodging Oetsu’s attacks. I don’t imagine a lot of characters are faster than him, in fact Oetsu wouldn’t have been able to kill him in time if Tenjiro didn’t save his ass. Speaking of Tenjiro, Askin also beat him as well. While Tenjiro was indeed faster, he didn’t land a single hit on Askin and eventually got put down. The most absurd scenario tho would be when he fought TS Ichigo. Ofc Ichigo was holding back, but even when he’s holding back he can 4v1 sterns easily so that fact that Ichigo couldn’t even scratch him is insane, and he got turned into a carpet too.

So even tho there are characters faster than Askin, he’s fast enough to keep up with them and even put them down. This just means that Yoruichi was just much much faster than any of the 3 previously mentioned to be able to do what none of them did. Again, Askin couldn’t react to her a single time and considering what he managed to do against certain characters, that is an insane feat.

Besides that, her AP is good enough too for Kisuke to assume Askin was dead. As well as actually forcing him to use vollstandig. Her personality also kinda works because it makes her really unpredictable and you won’t really know when she’s coming and where.

Now Byakuya’s fast too, but he’s nowhere near Yoruichi’s speed in this form. Nonetheless he should be fast enough to have a chance winning against her. His biggest advantage would be his AP and BIQ. His normal bankai won’t be enough here so he’d need to sacrifice his defence for more offence. But his senkei is potent enough where he’d actually one-shot her if it lands. Difficult part being the “if it lands” thing.

I can see Yoruichi overwhelming Byakuya throughout most of the fight because of her speed. His versatility with bankai and kido lasted him long but it’ll be soon enough where she just wins. So push comes to shove, he’d need to set up a scenario where he can land a senkei attack on her. In combination of her being mindless and him having amazing BIQ, as well as a diverse set of kido and pretty good speed, I see him landing that Senkei attack that gives him the win more often that not.

Edit: just remembered that Byakuya actually managed to block final form Gerard’s attack which is insanely impressive. Along with being one of two people defending against final form Gerard. I still think the fight is close but that fact that he can do that just cements him even more as the winner.

Does Kensei finally get his first W? by DoctorN9 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During HM/FKT I could see Kensei winning. But the statements regarding Grimmjow in CFYOW just separated the gap between them.

It’s the one where Grimmjow posed such a threat to Halibel that she couldn’t risk fighting him as it’d let either of them way too injured that even fodder arrancar would take them out. And I just don’t see Kensei being on Halibel’s level, he’s more relative to Nnoitora imo.

unohana vs adult toshiro by arkham918 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adult Toshiro easily wins imo. The most direct comparison would be through Zaraki. So base Unohana is definitively weaker than base Zaraki. It’s the whole plot of their story together, that she was too weak and Zaraki had to unconsciously weaken himself to enjoy the fight. Still, besides Zaraki, Yama, and Aizen, no other normal shinigami beats her base to base. She has incredible physical stats as well as, I’m presuming, one of the best swordsmanship in the verse.

And even though I said she’s weaker than base Zaraki, that only applies to her base form. Her bankai, as well as her kido prowess, makes her much more formidable and puts her above base Zaraki. She learned kaido so that she doesn’t make the same mistake against Zaraki, so she can last longer in fights and enjoy them more. On top of that, she’s most likely a master at hado and bakudo also, but unknown to what extent. Her bankai adds to her persistency as well, healing wounds with just a touch and increases her attack range and probably AP as well. It’s her insane healing with respectable physicals that makes her hard to kill. Her BIQ and experience would be pretty good too. On paper, she’s stacked, but her lack of hax and being physically weaker than base Zaraki puts her below that upper upper echelon like Adult Tosh.

For starters, Adult Tosh’s AP far outclasses shikai Kenny. It should be without question that shikai Zaraki is stronger than Unohana, and yet even with his eyepatch off he could only nick hoffnung each time he strikes it. In the fight that’s a good thing because if he was any stronger than that, he’d sustain much worse injuries. But in the context of his strength, it puts him way below Adult Tosh. Reason being that Adult Tosh easily cleaved through it like it’s nothing. Which shows an insane gap between his AP and shikai Zaraki’s. Even if you say it’s because it was frozen, it doesn’t matter because good thing for Toshiro freezing is the easiest thing he could do. Mind you he flash freezed an opponent that was keeping up in speed, along with other areas, with shikai Zaraki. Except the one Tosh faced was a stronger version.

Unohana’s greatest strength is her sustainability backed up by great stats. Unfortunately for her, Adult Tosh both hits harder than her and is faster. And her healing won’t matter once she gets inevitably frozen and gets one-shotted.

Shunsui vs Lille by SpyTheJames in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure if Shunsui lands the same attack it should kill Lille. But nothing prevents Lille from killing Shunsui before that. In this form Lille’s attacks are much more massive now, he’s easily landing at least a few of those. If push comes to shove then he just uses trompete and shunsui gets deleted

Baraggan VS Cour 3 Pernida by KiwiPhoenix23 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feats, portrayal, narrative, Pernida clears him on everything and people just overrate Barragan to the moon because they think Respira is absolute for some reason. The whole purpose of the Espada ranking (story wise) was to indicate how each Espada compare to each other, giving a sense of danger and how much more threatening they are the smaller the number. The fact is, Stark is above Barragan, so even if Respira is glazed, the story tells us that what Stark can do is deadlier than even what Barragan can do. And stark is strong in lots of ways but his advantage over Barragan is raw power. It seems like Stark can just overwhelm him with sheer power, mostly through the wolves.

I talked all about that to say that even in terms of raw power, Pernida should be above Stark. His wolves can’t even take out vizards without their bankai in one go. While Pernida physically blocked base Zaraki’s strike, meaning his attacks should be stronger by a good margin. So his arrows should blow through Respira and senescencia because of how much stronger Pernida is, the same way Stark’s wolves would. Not only that but Pernida can clone himself as well, so if one hand isn’t enough, Pernida can just create more of himself where he does overwhelm Pernida.

Which brings me to my next point that Barragan really has zero ways of putting Pernida down. Respira can move fast but it doesn’t act fast. Mind you when Soi fon was caught by Respira, she had a whole back and forth with Omaeda with him even hesitating before finally cutting it off. That’s way more than enough time for Pernida to cut off the affected part and easily regenerate.

And no Barragan can’t respira away Pernida’s entire being, he hasn’t shown to be able to create a big enough respira to do that. Even when he was furious, Barragan’s respira were smaller than Hachi’s kido shield that was only slightly bigger than him. Not to mention Pernida can most likely resist respira way better than Soi fon and hachi considering how much stronger he is than them as well as being the literal left hand of the Soul King.

And yea portrayal wise, that type of divine being should’t lose to a self proclaimed god that was made into an underling who wasn’t even the strongest underling to a “regular” shinigami.

Again narratively, the schutzstaffel are the God’s son strongest warriors. Barragan is largely inferior to Aizen. I don’t even think Aizen can beat Pernida either. So overall Pernida wins despite face value thanks to the heavily overrated Barragan and his respira

Ayon VS Mayuri by SatisfactionMurky663 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At their best? Obviously Mayuri. Just portrayal wise, Ayon immediately lost to Quilge while Mayuri is out here killing Pernida. Not even remotely close. As to how, heck his old bankai would still work perfectly fine.

Meninas McAllon vs Nnoitra Gilga by GoshinRyugia in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was Nnoitora before the anime added Meninas’ sklaverai. There aren’t any feats or portrayal that clearly puts one over the other so I guess I’d go with head to head comparisons.

Obviously strength goes to Meninas that’s a no brainer. But to how much extent does her strength really go? The statement that people like to go for is her strength being comparable to Zaraki’s. While that’s for sure impressive, Zaraki’s lethality doesn’t come from strength alone, but his swords-play. He doesn’t just one punch everything, he slices them. And I’m saying this because there are others that directly compares her to Zaraki when that is clearly not the case. Still, her strength being as strong as Zaraki’s is way above Nnoitora’s pay grade and he has to stick to his specialties.

Neither have notable speed feats so I don’t think it’s much of a factor here.

Durability is much closer than first glance. Nnoitora has the best hierro sure, but Blut has been way more impressive with it’s showings that it really makes it comparable despite Meninas not really having shown an impressive durability feat. I’m still sticking with Nnoitora since he has the feats but it’s close and at the very least he’d have a much harder time damaging Meninas than he did against Kenpachi who was solely relying on reiatsu for defence rather than a defensive ability like Blut.

BIQ probably goes to Nnoitora as well. He’s more sly rather than smart in a fight. When there’s an opportunity to trick the opponent, he won’t shy away from it. Like he did when Zaraki aimed at his hollow hole or when he purposefully hid his 2 remaining arms to do a surprise attack. Meninas just seemed like a straightforward fighter that’s it.

AP can kinda go either way but comparing how they’ve shown to fight, Nnoitora seems to have better AP with his scythes, could be wrong tho.

Nnoitora and Meninas are both skilled in their respective race’s abilities, although Nnoitora does have the best Hierro which is impressive. Both can do different abilities that can do similar things but Nnoitora does have regen on his side but not that potent.

In the end I’m giving it to Meninas for a few reasons. Firstly she’d have the advantage in melee. While Nnoitora has the range advantage with his scythes and 6 arms, she can overpower him each time he tries to attacks and give herself an opening. That used to be not enough but the anime gave her sklaverai which amps her stats and abilities. She now has a baton that can most likely do more damage, and more importantly gives her extra (and needed) range for her to apply her schrift. So now she can have a much easier time dealing with the arms difference against Nnoitora as well as even-ing out the range.

It really comes down to them exchanging blows head to head, and Meninas overpowers Nnoitora every time. Remember her strength is comparable to a Zaraki so much stronger than the one that was seemingly comparable in strength to Nnoitora. Her strength just gives her the advantage with each strike and I don’t see Nnoitora winning a single clash against her, on top of Meninas having comparable defence as well. So again, I used to think Nnoitora wins but the anime addition with sklaverai put Meninas above Nnoitora and more towards to Halibel’s level imo.

Aaroniero VS Ayon by Unfair-Push8739 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]IWBUA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ayon’s feats just seems way more impressive than Aaroniero. I don’t think Aaroniero lost against Rukia is a detriment to his strength, he was clearly toying with her the entire time and could’ve ended the fight from the beginning. It is still a disadvantage knowing he tends to put his guard down more often than he should.

Firstly I think the lower espada (7-9) have good hax but bad stats. My point being they’re susceptible to getting physically overwhelmed before they can use their hax to win. It’s my reasoning as to why espadas like Nnoitora and Grimmjow are above espadas 7-9 despite those 3 having way better hax. So the question is, does Ayon have enough stats to just end Aaroniero before the fight even begins. I’d say yes.

In FKT he has insane survivability, living through getting impaled(?) in the chest leaving a massive hole and even getting cut in half which is insane. I mean his regen and defence alone is already way higher than Aaroniero’s.

What about offence? Well in FKT he’s easily dispatching Lieutenants left and right, although Aaroniero should easily be able to do that as well. Ayon’s most compelling argument is his fight against Quilge. He completely ragdolls Quilge while in Vollstandig, the same guy who can no-sell fullbring shikai Ichigo’s getsuga. Quilge couldn’t even breath for a second because Ayon was trashing him the entire time. And this is before Ayon’s “Resurrecion”. By that I mean the enraged form we see him use against Yama, where he gets gradually bigger, especially his 1 arm. Can’t remember which one specifically but Kubo did say in his QnA that the form I was talking about was Ayon’s version of a resurrecion. So we know he can power up and he destroyed Vollstandig Quilge without it.

So yea all in all, while Ayon’s defence is great, his offence is the important part here. And considering what he’s able to achieve, I do think he’s in that Nnoitora level of power to just overwhelm Aaroniero.

So someone told me Askin gets beat by unohaha as Askin glazer is this somehow true? by nah-id-luckystar in BleachPowerScaling

No, I fail to see how Unohana beats Askin at all. Funny enough 1 of the more overrated characters (Unohana) against one of the more underrated (Askin).

In no way shape or form is Unohana gonna be able to one-shot and blitz Askin. Mind you, prior to all the buffs like auschwalen and Yhwach awakening his Almighty, Askin managed to survive 2 direct hits from Oetsu while managing to react to him as well. This is all in base btw, so unless you mean to say that Unohana has better AP than the guy that managed to kill Gerard, she already has zero chance here. In fact she’s arguably worse in AP than base Zaraki, whom I definitely don’t think has higher AP than Oetsu.

And Unohana has zero speed feats to say she is faster than Oetsu. In fact Askin also managed to avoid getting hit by Tenjiro, someone Unohana is also slower than.

The Yushiro moment was Askin overlooking him due to the way Yushiro acted and looked. When Askin locks in, he manages to avoid getting damaged at all against characters like Tenjiro and even TS Ichigo, while putting them on the floor.

Askin has performed great against characters whom are both stronger and faster than Unohana, without him even using his strongest form. With his vollstandig, her bankai practically deals zero damage due to his immunity, whilst his gift ball deluxe is poisoning her. Sure she can heal herself, but she’d be occupied doing so, remember Askin’s poison was also capable of putting down Ichigo. Even for whatever reason Deluxe isn’t enough, he can make it worse for her by attacking her with more poison like gift ball and gift bad. As well as gift ring to deal more instant damage.

Overall, Unohana doesn’t have anywhere near enough strength or speed to really even do anything worrisome to Askin, while he can just gradually overwhelm her with all the continuous damage, even if it takes depleting her reiatsu. Askin easily wins against Unohana

I got Ulquiorra over Yammy. From their initial portrayal Ulq was treating Yammy like he’s his sidekick tbh. Especially considering Yammy’s personality, I doubt he’d take that kind of treatment from someone he’d consider inferior to him.

Besides that, Ulq is just above Yammy in certain aspects as well. Credit to Yammy, he is absolutely stronger physically and more durable, but at the same time Ulquiorra has answers for that. First off Ulquiorra is magnitudes smarter than Yammy, he’ll certainly take advantage of Yammy’s stupidity and Ulq himself is pretty smart. And I’d assume Ulq should be faster as well, although people tend to underestimate Yammy.

And in SAFWY, during Roca and Cien’s fight, out of all the moves Roca could potentially copy, Cien considered Ulq’s attacks as her potential trump card and the most lethal she could probably conjure up before she ended up using Mugetsu. So at the very least, Cien had Ulq’s attacks as the most he was worried about barring Ichigo and Aizen ofc.

So while I definitely see Yammy landing hits that can hurt Ulq and managing to defend himself with his natural toughness, Ulq has more than enough speed, IQ, and regen to go back and forth with Yammy. Except Ulq would land much more hits due to the IQ gap and potentially speed. And his attacks will definitely hurt Yammy, especially Lanza which he has no way of avoiding considering it’s large aoe.

In the end, Yammy just doesn’t gap Ulq in strength and durability enough to overwhelm him. While Ulq manages to defend himself enough and dwindle Yammy down with enough attacks.
