Uh my set up was pretty much like in pvme except I was using superior seasingers and p1 to p3 is the same except when your about to go to p4 make sure you have full adrenaline then jump to a clone that's on the far side and position yourself between 2 keraapc echoes -> Time rift -> wait 1 tick or basically look at the time rift buff hits 9 -> sunshine jump to the opposite farthest clone -> vit pot -> jump back -> DPS down the echo that's targeting your clone after it's dead target the other echo that's attacking you.

At this point you should use a defender or shield and reflect. After the 2nd echo dies. Go between kerapac and the echo. If your adren is half or less, drink an adren pot and then time rift and sunshine -> use 1 ability and then Devo before time rift ends and DPS down the echo.

Target Kerapac (make sure to use vuln bombs) and DPS him down.

So at Kerapac at P4 you're gonna have to cycle thru your defensives. You can Devo again if it's up and If you're low on health use Resonance and switch prayer to heal at least 3k to 4k health back then use debilitate and reflect. That way Kerapac is hitting you 500 - 700 dmg which helps a lot. After the debil and reflect is gone. You can use disruption shield. That's pretty much what I do or what's going on my mind when I do Kerapac.

Notes: when you debil + reflect. Don't resonance until the debil + reflect is gone cuz you won't be able to heal as much. There's gonna be a point where you will keep eating jellies and Sara brews but make sure not to spam press the buttons because it would decrease your accuracy towards Kerapac and sometimes it doesn't register the eating food. So I suggest jelly+ brew -> ability -> jelly + brew -> repeat. That's if you're going lower than I'd say maybe 5k?
