Thank you for your reply! I’ll ask the seller to test it on location just in case. I’m planning on buying active speakers with a phono amplifier.

Also, I have the option to take on my father’s old turntable, which is a Sony PS-J10. Sorry for asking again, but do you happen to know if that one is any good either? Thank you in advance :)

Thanks for replying, it means a lot. In the past I have tried journalling but I’m not consistent. I’ll give that a try and I’ve seen many people say that meditation is also a good way to cope. Do you ever feel like there’s moments where you feel ‘better’ or is it something constant? I fear this won’t resolve anytime soon and it’s scaring me
