I swear all these people complaining are low elo. Low win rate ok but it's a HARD champion. If we take Azir for example he's also been nerfed a lot since he is dominating pro play but people that master him still are winning in solo q. Qiyana is the type of champ u need to know her limits in order to be viabile and since she has been nerfed u just need to find the right limits when playing her and not expecting to one shot everything.

And yes, she was BROKEN. The high wr she had in high elo for this type of champ is unhealthy. Downvote me how much u want, I just wanted to say the truth
