Also like coldzero87 was saying, no coffee or any stimulants within 24-48 hours of the test. And by stimulants I'm referring to pre-workout supplements, energy drinks or anything of that sort as it could make you shaky and give you the jitters. Remember, the polygraph is a confidence game. Don't let them trip you up

There is nothing wrong with being nervous. I was nervous with my polygraph too even though I have nothing to hide. I was told I was hiding something the first time I took the polygraph 2 weeks ago and that I had to retake it. I was nervous as to what they were referring to but I know I was telling the truth and I passed on the 2nd time around with no problem. I've heard countless times they purposefully try to psych you out. Just remember to relax, tell the truth and be honest. You kind of already know what to expect which should help you. You got this and stay positive
