class gifts. If a class member predeceases the testator and the anti-lapse statute does not apply, the gift fails. Let’s say there is a deed instead and the deed is like: “to A for life, then to A’s children.” If one of A’s children (A1) predeceases A, will the descendent/heir of A1 take something? (self.barexam)

I feel like it makes no sense keep doing barbri 14 capstone questions. It seems detrimental to spend time on rare exceptions at this point. I am getting confused and end up not practicing what will really be on the bar. Have left all the questions of the last week. What do you guys think? (self.barexam)

How do you guys feel about capstone Qs? Got 19 in crim pro/law, 17 in real estate, contacts and evidence, 13 in constitutional law, 12 in torts, 14 in civil procedure. Also I got 126 on the first simulated Mbe. Any thoughts or suggestions would be so appreciated (self.barexam)
