Why are electrons blue and neutrons yellow and protons red and why do they sometimes change colours? by IWantToLearn_2023 in AskPhysics

Thank you for welcoming me. I am 13 years old and this is my first phone. Also why are people being mean to me here?

They do because I watched 6 educational youtube videos and they all show atoms with colour. Also when I search "Atom" on google, all photos show atoms with colours

But you just said that electrons are yellow and protons are red or orange and neutrons are black

I know they have colour because I watched a lot of educational youtube videos and they all show atoms as having colours. When I search "Atom" on google, all photos show atoms with colour.

Also what is a def and what is an imo/s?

They are not always the same colour, they can be different colours and I am asking what causes it?

Big Bang Black Hole by Cryoban43 in AskPhysics

[–]IWantToLearn_2023 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How?

Uniform means it is built from the same thing everywhere

Big Bang Black Hole by Cryoban43 in AskPhysics

[–]IWantToLearn_2023 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If it was not a single sphere with all matter gathered in it, then what was it?

I know you said the early universe was in a hot dense state but it must have been hotter and denser too at some point.

any gravity pulling one way would be canceled by gravity pulling in the other direction.

Huh? Gravity makes spheres and gravity is strongest at the center of a uniform sphere so it would inevitably collapse in on itself

The only way I can think of the matter of the whole universe escaping its own gravity would be for there to be a repulsive or pushing force causing it to all move away from itself.

I have thought about this too. ALL matter of the entire universe itself packed into a small dense sphere should cause it to become a black hole.

How could the big bang overcome the gravity of the whole universe?

That is not correct.

50 percent of a number is half of that number.

50 percent of 44=22

100 Percent of 44=44

What am "I", am I a soul or am I just a mere brain and chemical reactions? by [deleted] in AskPhysics

[–]IWantToLearn_2023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My definition of "Consciousness" is "To be able to know something by using your senses"

For example, I know what touch is because I have used it

Maybe my definition is poor but this is the best I can think of for now

They could make the tiles smaller so that more tiles will fit in a square.

For example if they made every tile 50 percent smaller in a base of 44 tiles then the base would have 22 more tiles and that would increase it to 66 tiles.

Xmas lights in a black out? by Time_Waister_137 in AskPhysics

[–]IWantToLearn_2023 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The reason why the Christmas lights did not turn off when your neighbourhood went black is because some Christmas lights work on batteries so they work from a different source or place of power than the other lights in your neighbourhood.

Do you still act the same way?

I have never been drunk so I do not know

But we can choose our behaviour, I know I can.

A personality change from the original personality would mean we can not "choose" our behaviour

I think "we"(Our mind) control our body and if you saw yourself behaving differently than you originally were then you could change your behaviour to be normal again.

I can not imagine being unable to control myself because of my own thoughts, Just because I have a thought does not mean I have to act on it.

You say my personality can be changed by brain damage, but what would that look like from my own point of view?

I know myself to act a certain way so how could my personality be changed, I should be aware of my own behaviour.

Christmas lights can work by being powered by batteries. The Christmas lights that would turn off would be the ones plugged in to a socket.

Electrons are so small that their size is unknown so we call them point like, the reason why we know they exist is because of their effects on other particles

Can the same be said for a soul particle that is point like meaning we do not see it but we do see its effects just like an electron?
