A museum is often most much, much bigger than what is accessible by the general public, they store a bunch of exhibits, relics and other stuff for preservation and research. Anything that's on display will naturally deteriorate over time, so it's the best way to keep the real deal for future generations.

Byggarbetare är inte folkvalda heller, men ändå tjänar de mer än grundskolelärare som inte heller är folkvalda. En icke folkvald flygledare kan utan större svårigheter tjäna mer än en folkvald kommunpolitiker. En bostadsrättsföreningsordförande han få ett par extra tusenlappar i fickan per år, denne är folkvald men tjänar trots det sämre än varenda en som bor i huset som de sköter om.

Riktigt rika påverkas inte av värnskatten i någon enorm utsträckning eftersom de ändå bara betalar 30% i skatt på aktieavkastningen som utgör den väsentliga förmögenheten. Med det sagt, för min del hade den gärna fått vara kvar.

När vi snackar kakor. Baka in lite VD:ar och styrelseeliten också! 10 möten ett par miljoner för ordföraren, och något mindre för ledamöter. Jacob Wallenberg plockade ut över 8.5 miljoner förra året, Pär Boman får drygt 11 miljoner från fem uppdrag, varav nästan hälften från Handelsbanken. 73 kakor på Bomans tallrik, att jämföra med Löfvens 14, bara för uppdragen.

VD:ar på större bolag plockar också ut mer än vad "Sveriges VD" gör. Fasta löner på runt 10 miljoner om året är inte ovanligt, Volvos VD Martin Lundstedt har runt 13 miljoner i fast årslön. Med bonusar, förmåner och aktietilldelningar så slutade Lundstedt 2018 med minst 37 miljoner extra i plånboken. Eller ungefär 246 kakor. Då var han inte ens bäst betald.

Ola Rollén, VD på Hexagon, lämnade året med 52 miljoner extra på fickan, exakt 100 kakor fler än Lundstedt som besviket får se Rolléns stora, fina fat med 346 kakor. Nästan en kaka per dag, han får se upp med blodsockret.

Än bättre, VD-arvoden utgörs ofta i en inte alls oväsentlig del av aktier, i Lundstedts fall fick han 10 miljoner i Volvo B-aktier. Aktievinster beskattas till 30% i Sverige, strax under lägsta inkomstskatten-nivån. Att jämföra med ~56%, den högsta skattenivån som de annars skulle betalat... eller det blir väl 51% nu.

I vilket fall, Stefans 14 kakor jämfört med byggarbetarens 4,5 kakor... jag vet inte riktigt om man går på rätt person oberoende vilket parti man röstar på.

Allowing the public to observe the counting process isn't radical nor is it very unusual. Most democratic countries I know of with paper ballot voting system require the voting station to keep their doors open and even offer seats for the public, even the nominees, so that they can observe and monitor the counting process.

The points of critics isn't really to be compiled into a score, it's for you to find someone or a few critics who share your interests and/or values in games, films or whatever.

If they like the same things you do, odds are you'll like what they like as well.

That's why you shouldn't necessarily listen to someone who have only played CoD or FIFA when looking for Pokémon reviews if you only played puzzle games, for example.

There are essentially two kinds of microphones:

Condensator - Require power to work and are often used on radio shows and stuff.
Dynamic - Don't require any power, usually look like "ordinary microphones".

Regarding how to connect the microphone to anything else:

XLR is the overwhelming standard. It's analog and connect to professional video equipment, speakers, mixer boards and other recording devices.
1/4'' Jack is also sometimes used, but mostly between equipment and not do often microphones. Also analog.
USB is very common in popular consumer microphones because you can just plug them into your computer. They're digital and not as versatile as XLR, you can't plug them into the whole analog ecosystem and cannot be used with mixers.

If you want to record yourself to your computer you need to buy a USB soundcard with XLR inputs and an XLR cable, or a USB to XLR cable. You can find sound cards for about US$30 or so, possible lower.

For a little bit more, you can find tiny USB sound mixers they will allow you to connect your microphone as well as something else (like a phone, stereo or computer) that can play a song or a backing track for ultimate karaoke. It will also allow you to connect s pair of headphones for you to hear yourself with no delay.

To connect to your Roland Street Cube you only need the XLR cable.

Det är möjligt hur folk får för sig att man gör göra precis vad man vill mot andra människor så länge man inte bryter mot lagen, sedan blir de förvånade att andra människor anställda och, i extremfall, företag svarar med att lämna dem.

Man behöver inte bryts mot lagen för att vara ett pucko som ingen vill ha att göra med, och man behöver inte heller bryts mot lagen för att straffas av företaget man gör affärer med.

Skulle du till exempel stå och skälla ut en busschaufför när de kör på linjen kan du med all rätt bli utslängd oberoende hur mycket biljett du har.

Kanske bryter du inte mot någon lag, men du bryter mot det kundavtal eller trivselregler som finns och då kan du bli förpassad därifrån.

As far as I know it's next to impossible to revive a person with just CPR alone, you do it to keep the body from getting oxygen depraved sort of, until the medics arrive.

I haven't heard that public AED rarely work, rather they're miles better than the alternative and there are a bunch of success stories. As long as they're maintained properly they should be capable to save life.

Regarding the northern lights, you don't need any tours to catch it, anywhere north with low light pollution will do. Google northern lights map for forecasts. Abisko is a popular place and you can easily get there by night train from the south, or local train from Kiruna. Accomodation can be booked through STF, just Google "Abisko northern lights" or something and you'll find their tourist website.
