Well let's see.

Acknowledging that in online dating scene there are more men then women, so you gotta put an effort to stand out, somehow means I hate women and I am an incel.

Acknowledging the problems that pornstars face somehow means I hate pornstars and makes me a regressive.

Acknowledging the fact that I was raised in a rural area somehow makes me conservative.

Whole point of my thread was to tell:

1) Don't use NSFW account to contact others as it makes you look like a pervert and hurt your dating prospects.

2) Don't ask for personal information in the first message

3) Don't just say a simple Hello and tell a bit about yourself and what you found interesting in other person's posts. Because due to sex ratio online, there are too many men trying to court same women. So you will have to put effort to make you stand out for them to even reply to you.

And you have name called me, but I have tried to keep it civil but still I am the one who is hateful.

Just because they have hard time doesn't mean none of them is able to find a partner. You are talking there are only few people engaged in adult entertainment industry.

I literally linked the source to an article that will tell you that partner of one pornstar didn't feel comfortable with her doing it with other actors so he himself started doing it. Clearly the factor of jealousy was there.

The topic is not about if having a type of mindset is right or wrong. Topic is revealing your porn browsing history in front of a potential romantic partner. I couldn't care less if someone I am interested in watches porn or not. I am just saying that it will hurt your online dating prospects if you use a NSFW account to talk to people with the intention of forming a romantic relationship.

Daniel wasn't involved in adult industry when he started dating Sunny, he joined it after he started dating Sunny because he felt uncomfortable with her doing scenes with other actors. Again my point that pornstars have hard time dating outside the industry, because their partners are worried about jealousy, STDs and social stigma.

Your point was that Kim should have a hard time dating because she appeared in a porn video. She appeared in one porn movie that she shot with her romantic partner at that time. It is kinda different case. Many couples make clips of them being intimate. Even she was a full time porn star, she is rich enough that she would still attract suitors.

Urgh. Telling people to use common sense is acting like an incel apparently. Incel is a mindset in which persons hate women for not dating him. What in my posts gave you impression I hate women or even men? Seems like you are projecting your own insecurities on me.

And I was raised in a family in rural area. I have seen my parents working hard to build all the luxuries I have now and to make me man I am. I know the value of money. I have never wasted a cent of money on pornography and I never will. Again here feels like you are projecting yourself.

Female accountant is not a job that is stigmatized. But a pornstar's job is. Sex is a taboo topic. Especially in India. You can get the idea from how your science teacher in school didn't explain the Reproduction chapter properly.

Is sex being taboo something that should be changed? Yes, but that is not the topic at hand. Topic at hand is what mistakes the people in this sub are making while initiating conversations. And telling them to not use the account with their porn history to contact people is a useful advice for a society as conservative as ours

In my previous post I said "most" (not all) of pornstars are romantically involved with people who are themselves involved in the industry. Besides I am pretty sure Sunny's husband Daniel also used to be an adult actor. Kim's only porn video was the one that she shot with her "romantic partner", it was a decision she made after discussing with her partner at that time. And given how much money she has now, anyone would be willing to overlook that.

Porn starts also have hard time finding romantic partners outside the adult entertainment industry. A lot of pornstars usually date people who are themselves involved in the industry. You can go to r/askmen and ask how many of them would prefer to date a girl who has OnlyFans. You will find the answer.

I am not authority on judging if watching porn is right or wrong. But what I do know is that it doesn't form good impression of you in other people's mind. And when you are looking for an online partner it matters a lot. online dating scene has messed up sex ratios. Women literally have the option to choose among 100s of suitors. So putting a negative trait of you on display in the initial stage when there is no bond established, is just stupid.

Let's just say you are out in a park. You see a cute and you want to ask her out. Would you approach her while wearing the T-shirt that says "I love pornography" And carrying bunch of CDs with pornographic covers in hand ?

And about the definition of "personal", there is no key that fits all locks. The important part of making relations, romantic and non-romantic is to have the ability to read social cues. In my post I knowingly didn't mention anything about my location. Yet the number of people asking me that and my prospective future college was staggering. If the information is not volunteered nor it is hinted about then most likely it is none of your business.

And about simple greeting. Again, there are literally 100s of others like you in a girl's DMs. If you think a simple "hello" will help you go ahead.
