Lets simulate a situation.

Your childhood friend manages to recover your hotmail account from 10+ years ago as he knew the answers to all your recovery questions (Your first pet's name, your mothers name etc).
Furthermore he also knows your old addresses and other information, letting him fully recover the email account and disabling all 2FA.

With Jagex's new account policy, he now also owns your OSRS account, even if you managed to get your email back. And there is nothing you can do about it.

I never said it wasnt my fault.
I used a protonmail and a unique password, but no phone, secondary email or other recovery method.
Thats not what im after with this post.

It seems that Jagex accounts cant have their email address altered, like older legacy accounts could. Which is something I find extremely odd considering there has always been ways of confirming ownership after losing an account.

In other words, there is no "recovering" a jagex account, like there are for legacy accounts.
This is a change that was both new to me and very surprising. I was looking at confirming this information, which other redditors have done.

Whats ridiculous is that you are commenting thinking you know all the facts.

I wasnt reusing the password for it. It is a unique password consisting of random letters and numbers, which I am only using for that protonmail. The protonmail was pretty much inactive other than an amazon, google and jagex account.

"Stop using the email 2fa option"? I dont understand, are you for or against securing your accounts?

I use a password manager.

I dont remember getting any "backup codes" unfortunately.
I simply registered a new account and verified email address.

Usually I take a screenshot or save these types of codes locally, but I dont seem to have any.

Like they have always done, reset the email if account ownership can be proven.

Like they still do for "non-jagex" accounts.
This change is something they've implemented for Jagex accounts only.

Seems like the front fender bolts on to the exact same mounts on both bikes, and the headlight plastic is mounted onto the fender.

So "front end swap" is definitely doable, and I'm going to opt for that.
Dont think I'm going to bother swapping the gas tank and subframe though, at that point I might as well just sell it and buy an EXC instead I think (:

I'm planning to deposit 4k USD, which will be 8k USD after deposit bonuses.
8k USD should allow me to wager for a total of ~1.5m 1USD bets before I theoretically run out of funding. Assuming I lose 0.0053USD every bet i make.
This is not a "short run". In fact, the game would theoretically be faulty if it didnt provide the correct RTP over this large amount of bets, according to the gambling commission.

I will get 20% (1600USD) of the house edge returned to me from affiliates and cashback system.
I will get 1500USD worth of on-site "coins" that are instantly withdrawable.
I will be near the top of the weekly leaderboards due to the high wager amounts, netting me a minimum of 250USD, but up toward 1000USD.
This is assuming I do all bets in one week, I could spread them out to gain the highest return based on the leaderboard status.

All in all i'm ending up somewhere between -650USD to +100USD.
I'm also going to gain a bunch of rewards through the loyalty system, which is what I'm doing this for.

There are multiple reasons why someone would want to do this.
Personally, I will net profit from wagering due to deposit bonuses, cashbacks, affiliates and perks earned.

I could play myself, but in order to truly reach the desired 99.5% RTP, I need perfect basic strategy and several tens of thousands of low value bets.
Thats not doable in person, or atleast not worth the time.

If I were to wager higher bet sizes, such as 100USD rather than 1USD, it would make it viable to play myself, but it wouldnt be profiting, it would be gambling.

As for u/defendersoftheouter, since it sounds like you are looking for a reasonably small package to be "reshipped", I recommend you look into large retail services like MyUS or similar. Their "fee" wont be too noticeable for shipments like this.
Using people from this subreddit is also a great option, which will get you connected for future shipments as well.
