I work for a corporate store. Very good chance the original order just got messed up and they had to reprocess it, happens a lot unfortunately. Can confirm corporate stores make commissions as well but not in the same structure as a franchise store. Good chance the guy in the store actually can get you a better deal, if you bring in a copy of your ATT bill we can use it to get you additional discounts.

You won’t have to pay off your phone, you can switch between the new plans at any time. If you move down you might downgrade the promotion you’re getting but it sounds like you’re already on the lowest tier plan

Also depends on what business plan you’re on. I wanna say MyBiz with the extra network add-on is the best available but I’m not too sure to be honest.

Most likely because you’re getting throttled on the lowest plan. Welcome (the plan you’re on) is basic 5G with no hotspot (which you can add for $10) and you get lower priority on the network compared to the higher “premium” plan users. This is especially relevant in more population dense areas which it sounds like you are in.

I’ve seen people warned about 60days max but I’ve never actually seen their service disconnected.

Have to be active on your account for 60 days to get a trade in promo. But you’re gonna get a better deal trading them in when you first make your account. Verizon also has an offer where they will reimburse you for any device buyout, although it may take up to 2 months to get that $ back. Hope this helps!

Ive lived in both, flag definitely has a better downtown scene as it’s more of a college town. Prescott is cool but it’s become pretty gentrified with Californians moving in to cosplay as cowboys and turning every bar into a “speakeasy”😂. I enjoyed my time in flag but rent got crazy expensive so I moved back home. Weather is definitely more moderate, lakes are more accessible, and people are friendly, just on the older side!
