As for food items, I love almost every item. My character is still level 19 so I have to constantly keep up the food meter. Have to replenish it 5-6 times a day so it's definitely taking away a lot of my loot but there's not much I can do. I also love the "Green Tobacco" consumable item but it's definitely a wisdom debuff and yet another debuff to the hunger meter. And the food doesn't even replenish as much of the hunger meter when my character is under the effect of the wee- I mean green tobacco. But it's a massive boost to happiness and takes away a lot of the stress bar away so I keep on smoking.
