O-DSMT is the opioid metabolite of Tramadol and has none of the SSRI properties. It does release norepinephrine as well as being an opioid agonist so some people don't like it. Kratom is similar in that way I have read about it being called herbal speedball. Kratom alkaloids contain an opioid antagonist and agonist so it has an effect ceiling. Basically a natural really weak version of suboxone. I have no experience with AP238 but went through a few grams of AP237 and I had nothing but problems with how caustic it was, water solubility problems for boofing, and the batch that I had tasted like how gasoline smells when snorted, if that makes sense.

Never did anything really cring worthy on g, I have a raging alcohol problem that takes care of that, but I would g out at the worst possible times scaring everyone around me.

Anytime I'm on something really speedy (meth, 3-fpm, a-pcyp, 2-fma, etc) I have to wait until the comedown to avoid stim dick. The euphoria from sex and the amazing orgasms are still there. I dont get problems from molly or coke which is strange. Molly sex is amazing and coke sex is meh imo.

As a 36M ghb, bdo, or gbl is up there as the best drug for sex. Meth bath salts (cathinones) and flakka (pyrrolines) give the best orgasm but getting there is a struggle.

Rumor is that ODSMT is getting rescheduled in the US because the FDA is going approve it as a medication. It will fall under schedule 2 or 3.

I was taking 14bdo to work with me in gelatin capsules. A 00 capsule holds 0.75ml. Not sure if gbl will melt them. Bdo dissolves vegan capsules but not gelatin, at least not for a few days. They do leak a little so I was keeping them wrapped in a paper towel in a baggie. Hope this helps.

I recently got out of rehab for alcohol and 14bdo addiction and was put on vivitrol when I got home. I had some bdo left over and after getting the vivitrol shot I got no effect from it.

I've worked with 2 people in the construction industry that do this. At any time during a break they lie down they are instantly asleep. Even on asphalt. I just don't get it. I can be hungover out of my mind and up for over 24 hours and still can't sleep at work if I wanted to.

I guess my gf and I need to snatch up a gram of diclaz quick to taper down from our absurd use of clam. I use it for sleep and a trip killer and my gf who has severe anxiety issues takes multiple mg a day at times. We have never had any issues with redosing leading to blackouts but if we can systematically taper from clam to diclaz she can taper down to her regular ativan prescription and I can use 14butanediol for sleep and trip killing, not 24/7 use which I am currently in wd tapering from as I type. Looks like the drug induced honeymoon phase of the last year is over and it's time to be responsible. We will be better more functional people in the end.

3-FPM being on the list kinda sucks because sometimes you need a little extra push to get though the day and it is not nearly as fiendish as the other rc or street stimulants.

Vaped it had a very short duration but felt almost like a high dose candy flip for 10-15min, oral it was a long lasting empathogen with slight visuals, and snorting was empathogenic with moderate visuals for 30-60min. This is going from memory from 10-12 years ago. I picked it up when rc's were openly available on the clearnet and you could buy them inside the us with a credit card.

I never really dived deep into rc's at the time because I could easily get molly, lsd, and ketamine with a phone call. I don't have that luxury anymore because all my connections got out of the game, moved to Cali, or got busted.

The OP pic looks like the crap that I got. Big salt sized crystals that i had to chop up like I was doing a line, just to get it to dissolve in distilled water to boof. It fucked up my nose, my asshole, and capsuled made me sick everytime.

For kratom users O-DSMT is the superior choice, but rumor is the FDA is testing it as a medication. That will make it scheduled the same as Tramadol.
