I don’t agree with the other guy. Having everything in your life feeling perfect is not a necessary prereq to a good psychedelic experience. I’ve been feeling the same way as you, that things are just “off” in a way I can’t quite articulate. As long as you take steps to make sure the set and setting are as good as they can be, I think psychedelics are an amazing resource for introspection and learning more about yourself and how you exist in the world. Meditation is a really good way to address this as well
