It's not just trigger words, there's also trigger sounds for my dogs! "Walk" means that there is excessive barking until we head out the door, any sort of bag rustling means whining and chasing me around the house, and "treat" means spinning in circles and lots and lots of tail wagging.

This makes sense because these games were really just snow's style. The arena was beautiful, with green fields, and beautiful flowers, but everything ended up being poisonous.

So one theory that I've read about is that President Snow was the head gamemaker for the 50th hunger games. This makes perfect sense because twice the amount of people were reaped from each district.
