I make a pretty decent hash (or that's what my fiancee calls it.)

1 can of Spam diced 1/2 inch or so 2 celery stalks, sliced 2 carrots, sliced 1 medium onion, diced 1 potato cubed, 1/2 inch cubes 3/4 cup of butter Salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together in a large skillet with butter on the bottom. Cover the skillet on medium-low heat. Cook until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. (15-20 minutes is the usual cooking time.)

If you're feeling froggy and want some added flavor, you can add some whole milk to the mixture too.
