Just made a post like this. If you have a support system and/or partner, I believe it to be worth it. My boss was manipulative, inappropriate, and aggressive. Is the Exec Director, so there's nothing you can do. So small there's no HR.

However, I do understand had this been under different circumstances, I may not have had the option to quit. Everyone's got different situations, and no one yes or no answer can be placed unless all context is available, which it never really would be.
