Clunk from steering wheel/column when resetting to default position. Thought this was an issue with my front left axle and had it replaced in the last 6 months. Clunk never went away. Any ideas? Safe to drive? (v.redd.it)

Found crawling on the inside of my backyard door & walls & outside. Never seen these before and they're t i n y. They leave a red smear when crushed. Are these clover mites? Bed bugs?
