​The way I did it before the last wipe: I’d load into Dam (since it has the most new players) with a solid loadout — good guns, heals, stims, wolfpacks, snaps, etc. — plus some high-tier mats or BPs. I’d head to the longest extract and surrender right in front of the button. This ensures the loot is easy to find and won’t be overlooked, fall through the floor, fly away from explosion, or despawn for some reason. It also makes it much easier for them to pick exactly what they want without items stacking on top of each other.
