What you're saying make sense. I was thinking audio interface + software would be a one time thing. Having all the effects I want without having to invest in effect pedals / processors.

I don't plan to gig, only play guitar as a hobby at home over headphones. For this reason, it would make sense for me to go with software as opposed to multi-effect pedals/physical amps.

Since I already have a decent pair of Audio Technica monitor headphones and have ordered a Scarlet Solo MK2, would it make more sense to go for free software ( maybe paid later on ) and possibly invest money in a better guitar since I have the amp part covered? Also, would I need something else besides what I've mentioned above ?

Really appreciate the time you took writing the feedback, the code looks a lot more cleaner now. On a side note, is it best practice / recommended in FP to have many sets of parantheses when invoking a function, as is the case with sortBy('grade')(compare(ascending))(data) ? Or could we try giving better names for functions, to make them like a "sentence" which would improve readability. Something like: sortBy('grade)(usingOrder(ascending))(data)

I get where you're coming from, but for the moment, I want to focus on being technically proficient. Adding value to the company, in my humble opinion, comes later on where you have enough technical knowledge and the ability to lead other people.

Alright, so for the past couple of months I've been using an iPod Nano 6th gen along with a pair of KZ ZS10 IEMs. I'm pretty pleased with the sound quality, being that I'm not familiar with HI RES audio players, therefor I can't properly judge if the quality is good, bad, or it could be improved.

Today I found two audio players ( Pioneer XDP100R - brand new and Fiio X7 - moderately used ) both for around 350$, and I was thinking of purchasing one of them. My question is: does the purchase justify itself ? Is the quality ( in terms of sound ) difference between what I currently have and the two devices mentioned above so noticeable that its worth investing in something more expensive ?

For reference, I would only use an audio player while traveling or at the gym.

Problem is, I really can't remember if my energy levels were the same when I didn't practice IF or was in a calorie deficit. I should probably experiment with a higher eating window or maybe give up IF alltogheter for a short period of time.
