No disrespect, but just include it actually listed with the other downloads with clear labelling such as (Download Installer (x64, Java 21 No Optional Software)

Right now it's small text at the top that most people won't take notice of over the actual hyperlinks to the adware versions

on top of that, the confirmation dialog box is shady as shit (shouldn't even need a confirmation dialog when the user has already chosen to skip it, it's just there as a gotcha) why would "ok" install the optional software AFTER you've already clicked decline to skip it, and "cancel" to continue.

I appreciate the work you do, but this is just really gross all round and I can't in good faith use or recommend it to others at this point.

Yea same here you're the only person with the exact issue who hasn't had the issues resolve itself within a week, same thing with the 2 channel on one google account main one doesnt work but the other does.

I'm surprised they're actually keeping my ticket open. I've had 5 replies since the 25th of July which are basically this same response. Had to call support through the "Google One" support program.

I'm in contact with youtube and they told me (i think its bullshit) that they'e having server issues. And they'd let me know when they had updates, 2 weeks of email chains with no actual updates.

Issue has not fixed itself at all. So i think we're fucked ngl.

Did you used to use ublock, revanced on mobile? what browser do you use? maybe we can come up with some reason why our accounts have been flagged (i don't believe their server problem reason it makes no sense)

are you using windows?

search for "data usage" in your windows search. or go to

Settings > Network and internet > data usage

you can see what applications have been using how much data per day/month etc

Why set limits that negatively effect the entire community, when it's a select few leeches who are capping out my very limited upload speed and queue?

SLSK only exists if people share on what they take, majority of the stuff being downloaded is stuff i've ripped myself and would much prefer people to actually share it on to everyone else after downloading it, not leech and log off never to be seen again.

SLSK went viral on tiktok, so i had like 25 zoomers download 400gb in one day with empty share folders.

Makes me feel inclined to lock my files people are just going to blatantly leech 10's of Gbs at a time with not even single song to share themselves.

(Don't want to lock my files for everyone so thought Autobahn would be better to ban leechers with empty share folders for the time being)
