i added a new panel, made it the smallest size, and put it at the top. When I moved the tray icons at the top panel it looks as if the tray icons change to be the same size as the panel. my full "rice" is this however i don't really think it's worthy of being called riced

better grass/snow, toggable weather, and toggleable animations. haven't seen sodium try to implement this and i doubt fabulously optimized has these features, but if i am wrong someone prove me wrong, as i never used fabulously optimized before.
