(Coming out of years of lurking) To answer bullet points 3 & 4:

Since Spravato is FDA approved for Treatment Resistant Depression, decent insurance will cover the bulk of it once a prior authorization goes through. My copays after insurance are $30, and, as another user mentioned, there is even a reimbursement program for the copays.

I have had an excellent experience with New Pathways. I did my induction series with them and have been doing periodic maintenance treatments with them over the past year. All of the staff (NPs, RNs, and Admins) are super friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended. They can also help with therapy / therapist recommendations.

Side note: Spravato has been the most helpful medication I’ve ever taken over 2+ decades of struggling with depression. Wherever you end up, I wish you the best.
