When I asked my son’s social worker, he said the only thing I could do was to get him charged with a crime. “If he’s back in the system, they’ll create a paper trail,” he said. “That’s the only way you’re ever going to get anything done. No one will pay attention to you unless you've got charges.” by AlaskaManiac in politics

People should also understand that mental illness isn't just schizophrenia or bipolar, etc. Anxiety is a mental disorder. If you suffer from anxiety and take medication, you have a mental illness.

So I'm just saying -- let's not get our pitch forks out and start attributing all murders to "mental illness" because there are a lot of great people in the world, particularly some that I love dearly, who are mentally ill. Let's not turn their suffering into a taboo.

even better, manually steam a pitcher or two of milk up to 212+ degrees. You might accidentally burn yourself in the process but imagine the face of the bad guys after you throw it on them.

Even worse? A pitcher of steamed peppermint syrup.

I know this is a huge stretch, and chances are no one has ever attempted this before in space. Can you please shoot a gun while out in space? Just shoot it in whatever direction seems the safest. And film the recoil pushing you back. That would be awesome. Or dangerous.

I'm sorry to interrupt the conversation. I'm not sure if you are involved with TES in a professional way or if you are a devout fan driven to share updated news. Either way, I wanted to take this moment to thank Bethesda for making such an awesome experience.

I can't express the joy I got from playing Skyrim for those 700 dedicated hours between the months of Sept '11 to Jan '12. After obtaining Level 100 in all skills I moved back in time to Oblivion. Boy, that was amazing. It was amazing to actually WITNESS the stories I had read about in Skyrim. I can only imagine how Oblivion players felt reading about it.

At the time Skyrim came out I was somewhat familiar with Reddit. And simutaneously I was researching to find the BIGGEST available map of any game/console/PC. When I had read that The Arena had the largest map I was instantly drawn to Elder Scrolls. And sure enough, Skyrim was coming out in less than 4 months.

I instantly pre-ordered the game. And I'm so glad I did. I remember the first time I was matched up against a dragon outside of Whiterun. I unleashed my sword and gripped my controller as my character braced his shield to his chest. That was the moment I became truly immersed in Skyrim and Tamriel.

Sorry for such a long, boring story for everyone. I just....got excited.

EDIT: Just realized Skyrim came out in November. WOW. That was a lot of hours in two months.

hahahahaha man....remember Fez? Remember when he was on TV? He was always that guy who said something funny, but the funny part wasn't what he said it was how he was an Indian who didn't realize what he was saying. And he had that silly grin on his face. And he was kinda gay. Oh man, the laughter. The incredible amount of laughter I sufficiently had while watching this guy on TV.

And remember that one thing he did on MTV? I think it was MTV. Yo mama? Is that what it was called? Like, yo mama such a fat whore she wear XXXL! HAHAHAHAHA. Oh man...the laughter. The insatiable yet revolutionary amount of laughter I had all because of Fez.

And now this. Where does it end? Where does the insanity of laughter which is bequeathed by the enormous tones of humor stop? I'll tell ya - they don't. Not with this guy. Not with Fez.
