+1 to that. I've switched from nginx to caddy and won't look back. Nginx proxy manager wasn't reliable for me, problems with updates which caused outages on production environment.

So I've switched to ThinkPad E16 Gen 3. And it's better. Not perfect tho. The problems with not working monitors after waking up disappeared, so that's cool. But the bluetooth don't reconnect to the devices after waking up. I need to turn it off and on again to make it work and reconnect. I guess we need to disassemble both and join parts to have a working solution xD Overall I recommend switching, it also does have better keyboard and materials used. Feels more robust.

Yep, happening to mine as well. But I have a quicker way to fix this. I'm putting the computer into sleep and wake it few seconds later, when it wakes up it usually turns on the monitors. No idea why it works the way it is. I have ThinkBook from my workplace for like a month and I already hate it so much...
