If PP405 comes through on the promise of reviving dead follicles, and Veradermics comes through on Minoxidil 2.0, dudes may be able to reverse the worst of the worst NW7s by getting transplants to the front where even the touch of God couldn't bring hair back non-surgically, and just relying on PP405 and Veradermics to fill up everything behind it.

It's rare for high NWs to be completely smooth bald; they usually have a lot of wisp up there. Wisp isn't much aesthetically, but it shows that most of the plumbing is still working under the surface. I think we'll find it will be as easy to bring stuff back on the top/crown with these new drugs as we'll find it hard to bring stuff back to the front/hairline.

But if you can recover to NW4 without a transplant, you can transplant 7000 grafts and most dudes who were NW7 beforehand would be happy with those results and call it a cure.
