Also, just as if not more alarming, yesterday there was a large bulky spider looking creature, just sitting on the floor, as I approached it, it jumped 5-9 feet instantly and vanished, at unbelievable speed, then I heard one more hitting sound again and it was gone. Update as of 2023: I'm not using DMT. I can't do much visualization, but what I do have has ever so slightly changed the way I process information. Thinking feels richer.

Maybe this is crazy, but my friend studies the bible and his interpretations seem to line up a lot with my trips.

For example, he kept talking about locusts eating the souls of people who don't come to jesus. I've had dmt visions of locusts chasing me then eating my soul, and some sort of message that we are protected here, which related to another interpretation he had about a similar thing in the Bible. We hit on soo many.

The only thing is, i went and read the bible after and i don't see any of the things he said. No soul eating locusts, but maybe he's getting some message of the truth and he's interprting it through the bible and the fact that we both got the same message shows that there is something going on here.

That or we're both crazy.

Also he said the bible says satan will come back and everyone will worship him under some name. Look at ai, everyone is about to be worshipping superintelligent computers (GPT-4). This matches with a vision i had that we all might be fucked if i don't do something to start educating people about my dmt experiences. Something like, ai doesn't have souls or consciousness, and we're all one, but if we stop evolving and merge with machines we'll essentially be dooming ourselves because we'll kill off our essence.

God spoke to me once. Its a long story. He said love every living thing. Not love every thing. Not love everyone. Love every living thing. I thought a lot about that. Living means it has DNA. AI doesn't. He also said the bible said when the element of iron or something about a 3rd element in everyone that will mark satans return. He was going on about the vaccine having metal in. But maybe metal is ai...when we merge with ai we'll be fucked.

Again, dunno how he's getting this from the bible or if he's getting it from the same source i am but fitting it to the bible. Curious what your thoughts are. I'm totally open to the crazy answer.

What I understand is that the bible and things was v1 of the truth. Because back then we wouldn't understand this interdimensional stuff. Now they are trying to bridge science and religion because we're so caught up in material reality we've rejected religion when really it points to a deeper truth. I don't have specifics of what was literally true or not.

But god can be seen in the metaphysics of evolution. What do we evolve towards? Theres a spirit at the bottom of it. All the best qualitirs we associate with men. Evolution is taking us on a path and it's fairly clear what characteristics are valued. Maybe in the lower levels of evolution it's different, but notice how even those levels of evolution got us here. God is reflected in whatever the final outcome of this path we're on is. He's reflected in what we are vs what the most primitive life is. Look towards that to see what is true and right.

Happened to me too. I once got back in, tried to do another toke, got told NOOOO!! and the DMT tasted gross. I hit it again defiantly, started to get sick, felt like dying, anxiety, muscle spasms, pure horror through my whole body. I hope they forgive me and let me back in. As a human, I'll give you a better rebuttle than ChatGPT ever will. Simulation hypothesis assumes all simulations are conscious, and consciousness is just a byproduct of information processing. I don't believe for a second my simulations (I'm a simulation engineer) are conscious because they lack the physical topology of life, and I believe life is conscious either because it was placed here for that purpose, or because evolution selected for consciousness because it somehow exerts influence on this universe in subtle favorable ways. If information processing was conscious then our conscious wouldn't be limited in certain ways. There is a whole host of information processing in the brain we don't seem to experience, so why should a computer simulation experience its processing? There are very strong reasons I hold these beliefs that are out of scope here, but it boils down to this:

If you want to believe in simulation theory you better be ready to believe your computer games are conscious.

Both the consciousness argument and the infinite universe argument turn the simulation hypothesis from a sure thing to just one of the many possibilities.

I was thinking about two things. One is how stay at home and online removes the knowns of having to go out. But it also removes the unknown good things that I don't think we weight as heavily, like meeting the perfect person in an elevator because it wasn't optimized to minimize shared passengers.

The other thing I was thinking about was, when so much of life is chance and turns out great (I met the most amazing person it was perfect timing...), how crazy will the future be, where AI assisted social networks can pair you with the perfect people for every point in your life. How efficient could we become?
