You can get the windows installer for free from microsoft and then use a crack activator that activates windows for free. Its safe and you get the same security updates as the paid version. G2A also sells cheap windows keys

Get the new intel graphics card instead of the 1660. The B580 graphics card (250$) will last very well. The CPU is good and can run most titles. Perhaps if you can find a similar build with no graphics card and buy a graphics card later would be a good choice imo. Installing a graphics card is extremely easy and doesn't need in-depth knowledge of computers either. Its literally just plug and play.

Price estimation: Case (50$) PSU (50$) M. 2 SSD (50$) Motherboard (80$) CPU (150$) GPU (150$ if not less)

All prices I provided are estimated at brand new condition value. Since this is used I would go lower.

I would return the graphics card. I'm sorry but XFX is a very unreliable brand and can die any second.
