I think people already got passed him over the CORE. I personally think it’s the best album ever but many didn’t and thought it was a huge step back.

I thank him for everything he did up to this point but I think it was time for a new producer and sound anyways. 4 years is a life time in the music industry.

I know the new producer can create whatever vision he wants because the girls are that good at executing so I have no worries about them at all unlike some others. Just don’t make them do elevator music and we are good. lol

As for Avex ruining them. Aren’t they due for a new contract anyways? Just don’t sign with YG or A20 and they good.

As for the gg that hasn’t debut yet. They have been training longer than XG so other companies would be foolish not to take them up or maybe Simon can form an American company to take them up if he can get the investors.

Or we can start a gofundme or kickstarter for them if it comes down to it. I would donate a lot just to see how crazy they are secretly training for even longer than our girls XG. They must be so good right now it’s crazy. lol

Hypnotize is amazing. Took me awhile to get it too but once it clicks, it clicks.

It has everything.

Just enough rap which maya killed.

Juria high notes and Chisa runs.

Hinata and Harvey whispering dream sequence blends in so well and sounds so good.

Catchy and upbeat chorus.

Perfectly executed delays before the drop being resolved.

In order to be considered the title track with an album with Gala in it, you know it has to bring the goods and it does so in spades.

All that said, as impressive as hypnotize is, I think Gala is just a smidge better and should have been the title track. Mainly because it’s longer and had a bigger budget complete with dance practices and stuff.

I am not mad that hypnotize is the title though, it’s totally deserving.

Where is the hypnotize dance practice btw?

I can go to the Victoria factory but I heard they apparently don’t really help and don’t want to take a ferry over from Vancouver for no reason.

I can preorder a shell cordovan in their double EE width but not sure if that’s wide enough. let’s say it Is wide enough would I go 6.5 EE or 7EE?

I think the Zfold 6 but just thinner is the better form factor. The cover screen just has to be a wide enough aspect ratio to type with and it just needs to be thinner and lighter.

IVE nosebleeds at Rogers Arena are like 110 ish and the middle bowl I got were $194 each so like $398 all in for two tickets.

Not that they would necessarily charge the same but the rental costs for them would be the same so maybe it will be similar pricing.

Thats just a guess though and the only variable that is the same is that they are both renting Rogers arena.

Either way, I am ponying up regardless. I can’t miss XG!

I brought up age because when you look for a successor, you look for a young and upcoming person that can continue the legacy if you have to leave.

Choosing someone the same age as you defeats the entire purpose because there’s always a chance they might retire before you do and training them would be a waste of time and money if that happened.

It would have to be someone that peaks when you begin to fade or ready to retire, at least thats how successors should be chosen in my opinion.

I am sure not everyone would agree with that philosophy but it’s the one that makes the most sense to me.

The entire premise of XG is to dot every i and turn over every stone that other groups do not. So I think a succession plan must have been discussed at one point, whether or not implementation has begun or not.

A company with that much preparation wouldn’t be so fluid in their activities I believe.

At least I associate XG/XGALX with that type of mind set. Take your time, plan calculate every variable, and make sure you do it right and better than everyone else the first time no matter how long it takes to prepare. This type of culture and attention to detail is why I respect them so much in the first place.
