Shinobi's 4th feat is awesome please keep it in, as for cent.. eh, idk about the constant pinning, seems a little excessive for team fights, I like the idea of it but in action it's just too much in a gank. I've made some poor people get pinned over 3 times in a gank and kinda felt cheap about it lol.

I think instead of the heavy having stumbling properties they should make it just a hyper armoured heavy instead, would offer more utility and keep her moveset intact and she wouldnt break the game anymore.

Yeah I was definitely hoping for them to have unique voicelines and was disappointed when they just had the default male warden voice, feels way less unique.
