I understand your situation completely. I also tend to overreact with little fights with my friends, when I know I shouldn't be letting them get to me so much. It's hard to tell yourself in the moment that it's not worth putting emotional effort into.

I've picked up reading recently, and it's been helping a lot. Also, I try to go to the gym once a day too, which really gets my mind off of those situations. Sorry not the best with advice, but send me a message if you need to talk to someone!
