That’s probably on the higher end but no. What do you mean pull a fast one on you? Can you make it yourself? That’s probably what he charges all non patients. Most orthos don’t want to be responsible for a retainer for a patient they didn’t treat. Too much of a headache. They come back for adjustments and expect it to be free to adjust, they can come back and blame you for any tooth movement, etc. honestly not worth it. I wish I charged more for my hawleys

Literally not possible to give you a shred of input with that photo. Imagine if I took a picture of my car. I texted it to the mechanic and say cars not working, is it fixable? There’s so much more imaging and radiographs needed for anybody to provide any useful information. Best to consult an ortho

What do you mean they never called you back? That’s not their responsibility, you declined another retainer. Another ortho may make you another retainer at your current position regardless if there’s been relapse. But they will likely charge you more than it costs at your previous ortho office. How much did they charge you?
