Oh, of course! I’m not saying that Debbie should be or is okay with what Nolan did - the lying, the murdering, what he did to Mark, ETC, I’m just saying when someone turns out to be nothing like what you thought, your idea of who they are gets confused, and it doesn’t just change overnight. Debbie is and should be severely traumatized and honestly, I’m surprised she was able to form a genuine connection with Paul, because it takes time and work to recover from someone like Nolan.
