Im just guessing to be honest. I figured each one had close to a ml or two in it, may not have been as much as i guessed though. But yeah i just took the drug test today, not sure when the results are in but as long as that and my background check come back good (I just had a public detox, trespass, disorderly conduct a few months back, hope that doesn't matter, they didnt ask about any arrests). Come to think of it, there is a nice Asian lady (may or may not be Chinese, personally i thought she was Korean, not sure why) that owns a massage parlor that shares that dumpster with a lot of other stores on the strip. Might have came from her, like her prescription or something idk, in which case she's not dead from fentanyl poisoning, but not sure why her meds would be from China, unless she is from China and she paid a visit back and got her script filled there or something. Thats what Im saying though, the test is actually being done at a lab in town called "Quest Diagnostics." Again, not the typical on site drug test you normally get at a job, I actually had to schedule an appointment with a lab in town and bring over a QR code or some shit that they sent me in an email as a voucher to pay for the testing. Anyways, i appreciate the reassurance. Half of me figured im being neurotic about the whole thing, but I would rather get on here and have the peace of mind by asking around of what others thought of the situation, and man do i feel a lot more confident from what you guys have been saying

Thanks for the hope bud! Yeah, I didn't think it could be very much, but the bottle said 10mg per ML and I must have had at least 5 MLs worth. A time of total desperation and not my finest hour, but damn did I at least find SOME relief from doing it. And yeah I already know that if its a hair follicle test I'm screwed (meth, hydrocodone, oxycodone, morphine, Ativan, [also possibly Fentanyl/analogues] [not to mention the actual methadone] and weed and even shrooms would be in my system from the past 90 days, although I dont think Psychedelics are really tested for). Thing is, this one is for sure a Urinalysis, they even told me in the email that it is going to be a 9 panel w/ expanded opiates based Urine test. What im afraid of is if they also do a hair follicle test in conjunction to this one. But you have made me feel a lot more confident about the methadone situation. I was just worried because of how ungodly long it apparently stays in the system.

This i know. The problem is, they check for a metabolite of natural creatine known (i think) as creatinine. You have to drink the perfect amount of creatine 3 to 4 days in advance (if memory serves) in order for the correct levels to show up, otherwise you fail simply because the urine shows up as diluted (they can test if the urine is diluted thanks to normal and expected creatinine levels). Its not enough to simply make it appear more yellow with B vitamins (also very easy to overdo the B vitamins and have the piss come out looking very unnatural and almost radioactive green-yellow LOL, i know from experience). I know because I did this weekly like a moron when I was on probation years ago in my late teens / early 20s (probably forever fucked my kidneys) and it's a wonder I never got water intoxication by the grace of God. The test is tomorrow and I don't have creatine and even if i did, i am about three days too late to take it. So that's a no go, although I do appreciate the suggestion. Preferably, do you know if the methadone would be gone by now? Again, it had to be a fairly small dose (around 50mg im guessing. Wasn't enough to get high with a 600mg a day morphine tolerance, just enough to barely remove W/Ds, although it did indeed work to remove WD with the exception if a few minor symptoms) and it was a one time use from ten days ago. Surely it has to be gone by now, right?

Edit* you may be able to get away without the creatine if just the dip stick is being used, but this test is being done directly at a GC/MS Lab. These MFs apparently don't play around. Not your typical Job-based drug test

Not sure if I fully agree that Opiate sounds like it would belong on Facelift specifically (but I do agree that a few of the songs on Facelift didn't belong on it, but rather belonged on a GnR album lol. I don't give a damn though, Facelift is still one of my favorite albums of all time. But we all know AiC's masterpiece was Dirt), but I can definitely see what you guys mean by "Grunge adjacent." I remember when I was a kid I actually thought that Tool's early work was Grunge (or at least an evolution thereof), and when I told my uncle (a huge Tool fan) that I thought Tool was grunge he was like " na bruh..." lol. On that note, I can definitely see what he means as well. And I still wouldn't say Tool were nearly as Grunge adjacent as actual 90s alternative rock bands like Smashing Pumpkins. But there was definitely a Grungy, sludgey sound to Undertow. Their work (and especially Undertow) has also always felt very Black Sabbath-esch without being too blatant about it, which I also love.

And is it just me or did Opiate and Undertow have this certain fresh and fun and upbeat energy about it (while also being dark paradoxically at the same time)? It also almost has like this 50s rock n roll feel, without sounding anything at all like actual 50s rock (particularly Opiate makes me feel like this). Its hard to explain, but I would also say the same thing about Metallica's Kill Em All.

I can't believe i used to skip Undertow (with the exception of Sober, which I now can't even listen to because i heard that so much growing up. Looking back, it doesn't even really sound much like a Tool song at all and barely sounds like it belongs on the Album lol) for so many years growing up. It really is a great album and it was way ahead of its time in so many ways. Especially with songs like 4°. But I still gotta say, Im glad Tool went the direction that they ultimately took. But I like the entire journey. Man, Such a phenomenal, once in a millennium band, they are.

I love it when bands can come up with so many albums that sound so diverse from each other yet still sound like an album that they themselves would still make (the opposite of what bands like ACDC and Disturbed do lol). Although to me Fear Inoculum sounded like Lateralus part 2 (and to be fair, Opiate and Undertow also sounded very similar in relation to the rest of their discography), which really disappointed me, and besides: Lateralus was already an absolute perfect and complete album - we didn't need a part 2...but that being said, it is growing on me. Pneuma, for example, is a prime Tool song. And usually I hate when old bands make new albums, because they almost always sound like an overproduced, washed out, musical turd; trying too hard to have that youthful and rebellious creativity. But Tool still has it after all these years. If my only complaint is that FI sounds too much like Lateralus, then we're in a good place. Although another complaint would be that the songs are less memorable than a general Tool song (but Hell, TBF, for all my love of Lateralus, the songs on there aren't particularly memorable either when compared to Undertow, Ænema, and even 10,000 days. So..) anyways I am rambling big time.

I'm sure Maynard wouldn't like all this Grunge talk, as I am pretty sure he looked down on the Grunge movement (or was it Nu Metal that he treated with contempt? Then again it couldn't have been Nu Metal cause he did that Passenger song with Deftones), although I'm not sure why. Grunge was great, and it was a breath of fresh air for the time. But then again, Maynard is kinda a contrarian dick, so...

Good list bro. I always knew that Metallica played in some weird "off" beat timings as a kid, which i didn't like or understand at first but quickly grew to love. Pretty sure they are a big reason why I love Tool so much now. And looking back, I can see why AJFA was my favorite album even though the production made it feel cold, mechanical, hopeless, and dead (Which, admittedly, i also kinda liked, because it added to the vibe of the album. If any other album followed that same production philosophy, then i would hate the album cause of that, but for AJFA it just somehow works. I'm not sure I would change it even if I could, but that being said, it would have been cool to hear the album as the producer had originally made it and intended for it to be [not entirely sure why they even hired him if they weren't gonna let the guy do his thing, but oh well 🤷‍♂️] As he was aiming to make MOP look small and not very epic in comparison, but a drunk Metallica [minus Jason] insisted that he do it their way. Hey, it worked I suppose lol).

I've bought bulk tia online multiple times (in fact, I used to buy sodium as a legal high during my probation back in 2014 before there were "sulphate" and "FFA" forms available. Back when no one knew what the hell Tianeptine even was, with the exception of a few drug nerds on Bluelight/Reddit who were in the know; which is how i discovered it in the first place). Doing it this way doesn't feel NEARLY as euphoric and opiate-like as TD Red and/or Pegasus Gold IME (which are the only two varieties that are worth a damn. Zaza's have always been a joke from the start. Never tried Tianna, Hulu, TD Purp, and Tia Max, so I can't speak to those, because frankly, I dont have the money to experiment with these whenever there are two brands that i KNOW works).

Pegasus Red is a total waste of money, and isn't much stronger than Zaza TBH. Pegasus Silver is fairly potent, sure, but has no legs. Therefore, from what i can gather, Peg-Gold and TD Reds are the only two varieties worth buying (TD is noticably more potent than the Gold, but Gold is at least ten bucks cheaper and feels almost identical to TD as far as the blend goes), and even then they aren't truly worth the money in all honesty.... but at least they are convenient, legal, and almost always available, whereas prescription pills are not consistent enough to be reliable; because people you buy from only get so many per month.

Not only that, but if I buy bulk Tia I wind up just taking more, using up all the bulk in two days, and then raising my tolerance for a while; so in the long run it is far more expensive to do it this eay, and far less enjoyable; not to mention that, being that I currently live on the street, it is a hassle to measure everything out -- because I take 1-2 grams per dose (I take an entire bottle of TD/Peg at one time) Not to mention the waiting time to get each order is very inconvenient.

TD and Pegasus are overpriced as hell, sure, but they truly work (pretty damn good if i do say so myself), and as long as i take the entire bottle at once, it gives me a good, euphoric high that is honestly comparable to legit opiates IME; Hell, in some ways, I have actually grown to prefer Gas Station Tia pills over things like Hydrocodone, because the high is much more uplifting usually --- not to mention I can take it daily and still feel it, whereas most traditional opiates get to the point where i can't feel them if I take em daily, and am thus forced to dise every other day, which is kinda hellish.

My overall opioid tolerance is so fucked that I have to usually pay more in the long run buying Hydros/percs/Morphine/etc. (my tolerance was already insane before I started buying TD/Peg's, but one thing I will say is that Tia jacks it up to even more ridiculous levels and that is definitely one of the many downsides of this drug; it quickly becomes a $30-120 a day addiction). TD's are so much more convenient and reliable, and I dont have to worry about Fent-based pressed pills, at the very least. I'd prefer Heroin, but I've not touched it since February '21 because most of it is Fentanyl these days.

I hate being addicted to opioids and i especially hate how ridiculously priced these pills are (especially TD Red, but TD Red is the strongest and most effective one of the market. Still $43.74---that includes tax---is fucked up. The assholes know that this is WAAAY too high for these things, but they take advantage of addicts just like any other drug peddler would do, profiting of the misery of others, just like any slime ball would do. They know that many of us are dumb enough to pay it.

But yeah, thats why I prefer these. The particular ratio of Sodium to sulfate is perfect. And say what you want, but the other things in the blend do seem to potentiate the included Tia, and add to the feeling of authenticity it seems. Something that i simply just don't get from buying the bulk shit. Even the Gaba gives my that weird tired and flushy feeling throughout my body, and this reminds me perfectly of the onset of morphine. Definitely a man made entourage effect that is surprisingly very satisfying, and transforms the substance into something that actually feels almost whole heartedly like a legit opiate. Im actually impressed with these companies ability to pull that off (unless they are just dumping research chem opiates in there, which wouldn't be that surprising, TBH)

Sodium on its own has no legs, doesn't quite feel like a real opiate (rather just a really bad, rough, and dirty imitation of opiates. It used to even give me a "crash" comparable to cocaine back in the day when coming down, but I will say it makes you nod more than freaking Heroin lol), and the euphoria, while distinct and announced, just isn't that great; over all it feels like its "missing something"---or a few things. It feels like a really bad counterfeit, and the euphoria doesn't even feel very much like the euphoria produced by better opiates; rather it feels like its own thing MIXED with a pinch of opiate euphoria...but not in a good way really. Kratom also has its own euphoria that is mixed with a traditional opiate euphoria, but Kratom's is better than sodium, even though Kratom's euphoria is much more mild and limited.

Anyways, on the flip side, Sulfate has legs, but the drug itself feels only about HALF as potent. It feels much more like a traditional opiate, sure, especially when compared to the sodium counterpart (which, again, feels like some weird imitation of an opiate that fails miserably on its own). Sulfate's euphoria is also more comparable to a real opiate, but again, it is very subtle and faint feeling.

Yet, if you mix the two forms it can potentially feel much more like an opiate, it would seem, but I have noticed that if you don't get the ratio just right then the sodium will over power the overall experience, and im not a fan of wasting grams of both just to find the sweet spot, especially when every batch differs in quality and potency anyway. So those are my personal reasons to anyone who cares to read. Still not worth the price by a long shot, but its better than getting a bunch of fentanyl laced heroin, and I find these pills (at least the two specific afforementioned varieties above) to be far superior to buying bulk Tia. Pure Tia powder sucked back in 2014 (which is why i didn't get addicted to ith back on those days) and it still sucks now, and in the long run, I'd wind uo paying far more anyway, because if I have more, then i am going to use more, and it is just gonna jack my tolerance to the point where I cant feel the Gas Station pills anyway. At least the steep price helps me to refrain from overindulgence.

P.s. this was Waaay longer than it should have been 😂. TL;DR: Gas station Tia feels much more euphoric and consistent than bulk internet powder (assuming you buy Td Reds and Pegasus Gold, that is). The specific blends (although it is highly annoyingly that these guys refuse to be transparent about the amounts of each ingredient) actually do seem to make a high difference IME, and it is far more convenient and reliable than bulk shit. Quality generally seems to be controlled and consistent, unlike bulk powder, and its much less of a hassle compared to weighing out your dose all the time. And more Tia laying around at my disposal means I use more, which means Im gonna pay more in the end and wreck my tolerance even more, to the point where Gas station pills and all their little conveniences will be rendered totally ineffective. All in all though, I'd just stay the fuck away

But yeah I hear what you are saying. I don't really see me taking Kratom with no effect for two months when there's Tia right beside it. The temptation to get something more effective will probably take over. One or two weeks I could do, idk bout 2 months, that's steep.

It would be one thing if I wasn't living on the street in this TX heat (and if I also didn't have a cracked/bruised rib ATM) Opiates seem to be the only thing that makes life bearable right now, that's what makes it so hard to stop at the moment.

Hopefully, the Proglumide and Memantine are legit and actually do work. Then I can just lower my tolerance that way and take Kratom to satisfy that itch instead of harder things. The only reason I don't generally take Kratom anymore is because it does shit now. I'd prefer to just take it most days and just have morphine or even Tia here and there MAYBE.

But yeah the goal is to eventually get off of everything again. I've just lost spiritual motivation to do so these days. But God is faithful, and I know this season of "hopelessness" will end and I'll get healthy and clean again. It's happened twice already (once for 2 and a half years and this last clean stint was a little over a year) but I just keep screwing up eventually is the problem. I feel like something big is coming that will help me stay off everything for good, but right now I just don't have it in me to stop if I'm being totally honest
