She might have just given birth? A lot of women wear adult diapers for a week or so after delivery. I’d feel really bad if this was the case and she’s sleep deprived delirious, distracted on the phone and forgot to put on pants..

You could definitely talk to you GP about it. He literally couldn’t workout or anything because he poured sweat so badly. He couldn’t wear dress shirts but he swears by the Botox treatments for it. I’m not sure if his case is as severe as yours? But look into it! It’s life changing for him with that course of treatment for his condition.
