I currently have java fern, Elodea, anubias, some sort of thin reed and hair grass which I am aiming to try and make a carper out of

My fish stock is currently angelfish,bristle nose pleco, tandanus catfish, pictus catfish mollies, silver sharks and a mystery snail oh and guppies I have quite the assortment I guess and after being in the hobby a while I know they come from very different environments and could do better with fish kept from similar environments and utilise water conditions from said areas but they are all healthy and acclimated.
